  We rented for 10 days in November. We had a great time in your home. The description was right on; the house was immaculate, and everything we could have needed was there. We were in a great location - just 20 minutes from Disney and Universal. Holly checked in with us to be sure all was well and then we kept in contact by email. She also gave me some great recommendations for dining. After a long day at the parks, my grandchildren enjoyed the heated pool and the adults enjoyed the spa. Our only regret is that we could not stay longer and enjoy this wonderful home. I actually did recommend the property to a woman I met on the plane home. She visits occasionally with family from out of state and after telling her of our experience, she may be calling you. Thanks again for a great time! The DeBlois family

  My family and I rented this house for a month. The house is in a perfect location - only 20 minutes from Disney, Super Walmart just down the road as well as plenty of other shopping nearby. The gated community also had a scenic lake that we would walk down to in the evenings. The house is well laid out. 2 Master Suites as well as another 2 good sized bedrooms provided more than enough room for all of us. The 3rd bathroom also had a bathtub which was perfect for bathing my small children. The pool was great. We had lots of fun. The south facing patio and pool provided lots of sun all afternoon. There were 4 nice large loungers for sun bathing and comfortable table and chairs for outside dining. There were pool toys etc provided. And most importantly it was safe for my kids as we could put up the fence around the pool so that they could play without the threat of falling in. The hot tub was just what we needed after a long day at the parks. It was nice to go outside and sit in the hot tub in the evenings and relax. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could ever imagine. There was every appliance you could think of as well as plenty of pots and pans, baking sheets, and indoor and outdoor dishes and glasses. This kitchen had just as much if not more than my own which really made life simple for us. There was a very family friendly eat in kitchen area as well as a formal dining room if needed. The living room had big comfy furniture which made it easy to relax. The bedrooms were well stocked with towels and luxurious linens. The beds were amazingly comfortable and we all slept very well there. There were plenty of extras. There was a desktop computer, printer and Wifi available. A high chair, pack n play and even a bed railing for my toddler. The cable TV had every channel imaginable as well as free telephone which was great for us as we are Canadian. The house itself was immaculate. It was spotlessly clean, the house the patio and pool. Everything in the whole entire house worked - nothing was broken. And the house was nicely decorated and taken care of. It was very clear that the owners take pride in their house and take good care of it. The owners were more than helpful. Holly had thought of everything to make our stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. My family and I had an awesome family vacation and would not hesitate to rent here again as well as recommend this house to anyone.

  We really enjoyed our stay here. The description on this site is right on target. It was a perfect combination of "on the go" days at the Parks and "lazy hazy" summer days in the house. The pool and jacuzzi are wonderful. The house is clean, extremely well maintained. Holly was incredibly responsive to our concerns. She thought of every detail... including the possibility of us losing the keys to the house! If you want to cook, several grocery options are close by. This is the house for you if you want peace and quiet AND access to the Parks. We hope to come again. Many thanks, Holly.

  What a wonderful home, we love to prepare our own meals and there was absolutely everything needed to do so (Holly thought of everything). As advertised...the beds were awesome, and greatly appreciated after long days on the golf course and at amusement parks. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, once again, a necessity after busy days. Quality furniture and TV's for relaxing times. Lots of games for the kids and pool toys as well. It was even nice to have a power washer to clean the car when we got there. Holly was a pleasure to deal with and made sure that we had everything needed to have a great vacation.   We had a truely fantastic holiday in your villa Holly, thank you for allowing us to share it! On arrival the villa was immaculately cleaned and the pool area had been maintained to an excellent standard. The whole villa is really well equipted, i think you have thought of everything anyone would ever need for a holiday, and the computer is an additional bonus. The bedrooms are decorated to a very high standard and the beds are far too comfortable! The pool area was fantastic, it was private and very clean. We spent alot of time in and around the villa because it truely made us feel at home. The BBQ was used alot, infact nearly every night, due to the fact it really was a lovely area to just sit and enjoy each others company and have a glass of wine or two. I asked my son the best part of the holiday and he is in total agreement, the BBQs and pool time with the whole family! On a few occasions we walked to the lake to watch the sunset which i must say was beautiful! The villa is in easy distance of a whole host of shops, take out restaurants and gas stations, not to mention a Dunkin' dohnuts! This was our 6th visit to Florida and we always do lots of travelling in and around the Orlando area, this year we didn't because our villa was just perfect!! Thanks again Holly for allowing us to share it!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

  We stayed in this home last spring for two wonderful weeks. Walking through the door we instantly felt like we were welcome. We spent long days at the parks and it was really great to come back to the private pool and spa to unwind after all the walking. The beds in the house were outstanding! Very good quality mattresses and bedding (which makes all the difference in the world to us). The house was very spacious and tastefully decorated. The whole home (including the kitchen) was fully stocked with everything we needed. It wasn't furnished with the minimal amenities that you usually find in a typical rental home. The well-kept gated community gave us a good sense of security knowing that not just anybody could wander through the area. The close proximity to major shopping centers, including Super Wal-Mart and Publix, made food shopping very convenient. We look forward to returning and will definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a great place to vacation.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, people with disabilities, age 55+, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway.
