  Our family stayed at this townhome during our first ever visit to Orlando/Disney World area. The house is very neat and clean and has lots of room for all 11 of us (5 small kids). It's located in a gated-community so we felt pretty safe and secure the whole time we were there. It's very close to all the Disney theme parks, Universal Studios, Sea World, Target, Wal-Mart, Sam Club & Orlando Premium Outlet (on Vineland road). Costco is a bit further away (30 min). Disney World is just about 15 minutes door to door. We had two cars and there were plenty of parking for everyone. The children playground area is also nice, clean and safe. Most importantly, we found our experience dealing with Mike and Colin a very pleasant one. For that, we know we don't have to look far the next time we come back to Orlando.

  We had a great stay here in January. The house had plenty of room for our family of 8, and we took advantage of the nearby Super Target and Olive Garden Restaurant. It was an easy drive to Disney, and quiet and relaxing at the end of the day. We didn't get a chance to try out the pool/tennis courts/ playground, but they looked very nice. We had two cars, and there was always plenty of parking right in front of the house. Our kids enjoyed the big spa tub in the MB! Overall this was a nice place for a large family and we would definitely recommend staying here!

  Thank you Mike and Colin for sharing your home with us. It was everything we could have asked for. Lots of room for 2 couples. It was located near everything. We only got to enjoy the pool for 1 day as the cool winds from Hurricane Sandy made it alittle too cold to swim. I would definately rent this place again as it was perfect. Thanks again.

  If you're looking for THE place to stay when going to Disney or even Orlando, this property is it. The accomodations are great, which include 4, yes, 4 bedrooms, three baths, great bed sizes and a very nice kitchen area. You will be 5-15 minutes away from any Disney park and just about any major food chain such as Carrabbas (our favorite). The secured community is a great comfort in this gated property. Oh, and the air conditioning? PERFECT for the hot, humid weather. Compared to properties on Disney (possibly excluding the presidential suites :-) you can NOT beat the pricing, especially for all that this property offers. Seriously, the owners are very professional and they are very people oriented. They like to know that you're enjoying your stay with them and that's unusual nowadays. In short, you CANNOT go wrong staying here and we would do it again without question or second thought. Don't take our word for it, see for yourself :-)

  We enjoyed this property very much ,it's location was ideal for us , shopping and restaurants . The security was above our expectation , the property was clean and lots of rooms for two couples, utensils and amenities everything was there . We enjoyed the club house and management was very helpful answering all our questions. The pool was great . I have no problem recommending this property to my friends in Canada. The owner was also very helpful .

  The location and community was ideal. Just off 192 in a gated community with easy access to 535 and only 4 miles to I-4. The pool, and fitness center were very pleasant. We felt safe and secure. Sam's Club is across the street from the entrance with a Super Target, Wendy's and Waffle House being less than a mile. Any issues encountered were quickly responded to, as the individual whom took care of our concerns was very compassinate and effective.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  We had a great stay in this spacious townhome. Our family of 6 was very comfortable in the four bedroom unit. There was a nice pool and playground. It was close to Disney. It was also close to many stores like Target and Publix. There was a coin operated car vacuum in the complex that we found very helpful after our long drive with four kids. Thank you!!

  A great location!! Easy to access from the airport via 417, easy to get to shopping (local and outlets), theme parks (via I4 or 535/World Center). Restaurants, groceries, mini-golf right around the corner. The community is well maintained, secure and facilities are first class. All visitors, adult or children, willl love to sit by the pool and use the tennis, basketball and volleyball courts. Those with small children will love the playground. And the condo is well laid out, spacious and clean, all making for a wonderful stay in Orlando.

  Thank you for letting us stay at your townhome, it has everything we need. It is a very comfortable home away from home. The community is secured and quiet. And it is close to everything - Disney, shopping, restaurants...... It is great to have wireless internet, we can keep up with emails after a day of fun.

  We absolutely loved the villa. The location was fantastic and the house was perfect. We loved the access to the beautiful facilities that were a 15 second walk away as well as the shopping and the parks so incredibly close. You were so professional and did everything you could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I will certainly be a regular tenant.
