Your rental home was everything we hoped for. Very clean, had all the amenities we needed and your thoughtfulness with the welcome basket was an unexpected special touch. The Queen Anne neighborhood is wonderful with many nice homes, nearby restaurants and good grocery stores. Recommend Macrina's bakery & coffee shop a short walk away. Your home is very well renovated, the bedrooms large and comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Our children especially liked the Apple TV to watch what they wanted. Also, one easy bus ride on bus #1 to get to downtown or near Safeco field. We'll definitely rent it again when we're back in Seattle. Donna & Gord. I stayed in this home with my husband and twelve year old twins and we could not have been happier with our choice. The owner went to great lengths to make everything comfortable and inviting. This was the first time I rented a home and found a lovely bottle of wine and gift basket filled with goodies waiting for me! Count on getting a good night's sleep as the beds are very comfortable and the neighborhood quiet. We also liked that all the points of interest are all within a short drive. Do not hesitate to rent this home; the owner is extremely kind, helpful and thoughtful, and the house is simply charming and very well maintained.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway.

About the owner: Art lover, who loves a comfortable home in a great location. I spend my time downtown and enjoy the theaters, great music and restaurants. I take my son to the Seattle Center to the Pacific Science Center. We enjoy the aquarium, zoo and all of the great parks and recreation Seattle offers. His favorite spot is The Museum of Flight.
Why the Owner Chose Queen Anne:
Beautiful neighborhood with easy access to downtown. Many older homes with lovely gardens make this an ideal neighborhood for walking. I love being close to SPU and just a short drive to the University of Washington.
The Unique Benefits at this House:

You have the option to walk to any convenience you need from grocery store to dry cleaning. You are one block from the transit stop if you do no want to bring a car. If you do have a car you can park in the garage. Lots of beautiful places nearby.
