Villa Josefina is a spacious four bedroom and two bathroom villa that sleeps up to ten guests. It has over 2,000 square feet of living space. The living room has a comfortable sofa sleeper for two. It is located in the exclusive gated community of Aviana Resort, a tropical hideaway of swaying palms, rich green foliage and exotic flowers. Aviana is also surrounded by a wild conservation area. It is less than 15 minutes away from the gates of Disney. Other Florida attractions and spectacular beaches are only a short drive away. Championship golf courses are within a five minute drive. Our home away from home is a perfect base to explore all of the exciting attractions in Orlando. The villa is fully air conditioned and is ideal for a large family or two smaller families to share. We furnished it with high quality furniture with your comfort and enjoyment in mind. There is no smoking within the villa for the safety and comfort of all guests.

Our guests have free use of the resort clubhouse and can relax in the resort pool with gazebos and shaded cabanas. The clubhouse has a hot tub, loungers, playground, sand volleyball court, exercise room, putting green, and cyber café.
Our home has a carpeted game room to keep the kids amused on those rare rainy days in Florida. The game room has a pool, foosball, and air hockey table plus an electronic basketball hoop. It also has a bar table with three bar stools for snacking while playing. It is also equipped with a radio for listening to music.

Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed staying at your villa last week. We spent the majority of our time at the various theme parks, so it was nice to have a comfy place for our family to return to each evening. I was happy that my brother and his little girls were able to come down for a few days too. I dropped off a check to Susan in the amount of $181 to cover that cost, plus the cost of heating the pool ($56 + $125). She said that she would deposit the money into your account. I quick note in our final week here to say that our time with our kids and grandkids really went well. We were all very comfortable in your home and enjoyed so many good times at Disney and Legoland and shopping. It was wonderful to come back here and to have a swim every day. After driving 18 hours from Windsor, Canada and arriving at Aviana at dark we did not know what to expect as we entered into the gated community. When we arrived at the house and opened the door our worries disappeared. The house was absolutely beautiful the pictures on the internet do not depict its actual size and comfort level. It gave us the warmth and comfort as if we were walking into our own home. The setup was unimaginable. The house was clean and roomy for the 5 (4 adults, 1 child) of us. The house was very well maintained and decorated. The gameroom and the pool were relaxing after the drive. Everything that we needed and hoped for was there to be used. The use of the telephone was was a huge convenience because of the international calling. The house in general exceeded our expectations and we willl not have any trouble telling our friends and family about it. The property management was helpful when we arrived the fire alarm kept beeping and they sent someone right over to solve the problem. We enjoyed the property so much that we plan on spending our vacation here again. In general we enjoyed our first visit to Florida and the biggest contributor to the experience was the rental property Villa Josephina at Aviana.Did you find this review helpful? Me and my family stayed for Christmas vacation and the house was great. We did have to wait to get the pool heater fixed and there were some issues with the Wi-fi. About the owner: I am a veterinarian. I used to work as a research vet for a pharmaceutical company. I quit my job when the housing bubble broke and became a real estate investor. Since my family always vacation in Florida, my husband and I decided to invest in Florida.

We chose to buy a short term rental in Aviana because it is far from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks yet close enough to all the theme parks. It is nice and quiet in Aviana so you can relax after a busy day from the parks.
