    Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed staying at your villa last week. We spent the majority of our time at the various theme parks, so it was nice to have a comfy place for our family to return to each evening. I was happy that my brother and his little girls were able to come down for a few days too. I dropped off a check to Susan in the amount of $181 to cover that cost, plus the cost of heating the pool ($56 + $125). She said that she would deposit the money into your account.     I quick note in our final week here to say that our time with our kids and grandkids really went well. We were all very comfortable in your home and enjoyed so many good times at Disney and Legoland and shopping. It was wonderful to come back here and to have a swim every day. We are seriously considering returning in Feb & Mar 2014. Is the house available at the same rates? Regards, Ann

    After driving 18 hours from Windsor, Canada and arriving at Aviana at dark we did not know what to expect as we entered into the gated community. When we arrived at the house and opened the door our worries disappeared. The house was absolutely beautiful the pictures on the internet do not depict its actual size and comfort level. It gave us the warmth and comfort as if we were walking into our own home. The setup was unimaginable. The house was clean and roomy for the 5 (4 adults, 1 child) of us. The house was very well maintained and decorated. The gameroom and the pool were relaxing after the drive. Everything that we needed and hoped for was there to be used. The use of the telephone was was a huge convenience because of the international calling. The house in general exceeded our expectations and we willl not have any trouble telling our friends and family about it. The property management was helpful when we arrived the fire alarm kept beeping and they sent someone right over to solve the problem. We enjoyed the property so much that we plan on spending our vacation here again. In general we enjoyed our first visit to Florida and the biggest contributor to the experience was the rental property Villa Josephina at Aviana.

    Jo, thank you so much for the use of your home over the last 2 weeks; we had a fantastic time here in Orlando. We will be leaving at 630AM tomorrow for the long ride home. I think that you will find everything as we found it. Once again thank you very much; hopefully we will have the opportunity to stay here again in the future.

    Me and my family stayed for Christmas vacation and the house was great. We did have to wait to get the pool heater fixed and there were some issues with the Wi-fi. Other than that the house was great and me and my family enjoyed every bit of it.

    Hi Jo We had a great time my kids loved it should be back next year God willing I purchased a mop I think one should be left in house The central air broke but Susan had it repaired in just a few hours Susan is just great! The Hewitts

    Hello Jo, We thought we should tell you we have arrived safely and love the house! You have done a great job decorating it and it is so nice!! The layout/design is terrific! Thanks for letting us rent it. We shall take good care of it :) Jo we have really enjoyed the house...thanks for including the high chair and pack and play. Our grand-daughter is here until tomorrow and it has been great to have the right equipment. We added a few things to the villa...a grill brush, and a big salad bowl. We intend to leave them for the next guests. We hope they enjoy the villa as much as we have. Kathy and Fred
