  I stay here each year because the unit is quiet, clean and very comfortable. The complex itself is on the ocean and has 3 pools. It has all the amenities I need and is so close to downtown St.Augustine. You will have a great time!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

• Wonderful Beach House!!!

  We had the opportunity to stay here for a weekend while in town for a wedding. Fortunately, we had enough time before and after the wedding to enjoy the unit, the beach, and the downtown area. The condo is extremely clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. The beds were extremely comfortable and all the conforts of home were readily available. Once you walk out the back sliding door, you are only steps away from the pool and the spa. In addition, with only a few more steps you can be on your boardwalk leading you to the beautiful beach. A short drive down the road will take you to the downtown shopping and the Fort. If there was any downside to our trip, the only one I can think of is that our stay was not long enough. My wife and I will definately be back for a longer stay in the future.

  My family and I have enjoyed this unit for the past five years. It has become our home away from home. The condo is very clean & comfortable, offering everything needed for a great vacation! The two full baths are very helpful with two teenagers. They appreciate the wireless WiFi and numerous chanels on T.V. We also like the tennis courts, exercise room and being able to cook out by the pool. We also like that this unit is close to the tennis courts and one of the pools. We love the ocean waves & sunrises. Thanks!
