Sea, Sun, and Sand is a coveted 1st floor condo in The Navarre Beach Regency. The Regency condos are known for being the most spacious condos on the beach. This is a 2BR/2BA unit that has over 1500 sq. ft. which makes it much larger than many 3BR units.
This condo has just recently been beautifully updated! In every room you will find new paint, tasteful new furniture, and a fresh modern decor!
This first floor condo is elevated enough to offer amazing views with out loosing the privacy that is so imortant while vacationing. From the living areas, master bedroom, and balcony you can easily view the sandy beach and Gulf of Mexico.
This condo being on a raised first floor offers the advantage of great views with out having to face the fear of heights that an upper floor would have. This can be especially important for those with small children.
While visiting here you can enjoy the beach, swim in the large gulf-side pool, or lounge on the deck while listening to waves crash. Spending your vacation at Sea, Sun, and Sand will provide any family with wonderful long lasting beach memories.

Loved The Condo........
Loved The Condo........
My family and I enjoyed the condo very much. Was exactly as listed. Very conveniently located close to pool and beach. Did not like the fact of maintenance coming to fix things while we were here. I understand that these condos are probably rented back to back but he could have waited until we checked out on Saturday to install an electrical outlet ? There was nothing wrong with the one that was in there. It worked fine. If my daughters hadn't been in the room at the time and he would have let himself in and we would have came back to find a strange person in the condo, I can not say what would have happened. I also did not like the fact that all of our personal belongings, money and valuables are left in the room expecting it to be safe and this guy can just let himself in. I find that kind of rude !
