  This review is way past due but I think they are invaluable to other travelers looking to rent properties. The couple were very easy to work with and very accomodating. The home, furnishings and location were great for our large family of 8 and fit everyone perfectly. The pool area and green space which is located in front of the property were well used by our family. I am a very picky person when it comes to "rental properties" and prefer homes that feel more like a higher-end hotel. This home does not disappoint. The master bedroom is on the top floor with separate bath and private balcony. There is no elevator so movement impaired folks might have an issue. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms which was a HUGE plus for us and teenage kids. All in all we were very pleased with the property and would stay there again the next time we're in Santa Rosa. The only drawback to our visit was the intense heat that we experienced which maked riding bikes to the beach a bit of a chore. Definitely not the fault of the homeowners though. :)

  I spent several weeks looking for a place to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday. I was mainly looking at the Seaside/Rosmary Beach area but had a hard time finding someone who rented for less than 7 days and that wasn't outrageously expensive! I happened upon Villa Noche in Cypress Dunes and I am so grateful I found it. Anna, the owner, is wonderful and most accommodating. She is extremely easy to work with. The house was beyond perfect. They left nothing out in the design process. We went with 4 other couples and there was plenty of space for all of us. Each of the bedrooms has its own bathroom which is very nice. The kitchen is a dream. Two ovens, a HUGE refrigerator/freezer, granite countertops, nice cooktop, brand new auto-set coffee pot, big island where everyone can congregate and is open concept so whoever is cooking is able to visit with everyone else as well as watch their massive television. Both the 2nd and 3rd floors have balconies which allow for a nice view of the lawns. The grass is perfect and we played a fun game of bocce while there. The 3rd floor is immaculate and is a King suite with tons of room. The bed is extremely comfortable and the sheets are the softest I have ever felt. Huge master bath with hot tub and shower. The closet is to die for! I think the best part about the 3rd floor is the balcony as you are able to get a nice view of the gulf. I can't say enough about this place. The price is perfect for all of the ammenties. The neighborhood has a beautiful infinity pool that is a short walk from Villa Noche. There is no beach access within the community but was a very easy drive (1 mile or less) and Anna has a storage room full of rafts, noodles, floats, and chairs. They even have enough beach towels for 10 guests. There are many delicious restaurants near by as well. We enjoyed Stinky's the 1st night and drove a little farther on the second night to visit our favorite restaurant, The Red Bar in Grayton Beach. (Best crabcakes EVER!) If you want to plan a stress free getaway that has a great location, access to shopping and restaurants, and the nicest house in the area, head to Villa Noche! You won't regret it!

  The pictures really don't do this home justice. It is beautiful and has everything! Kitchen is fully stocked - even includes an ice maker. Home is nicely decorated and patios are comfortable and well furnished. The home is situated along an open grassy area that is perfect for playing games. Master bedroom is huge and has a private deck with a distant view of the ocean. Owners were friendly and great to work with. We can't wait to go back!

  We had our family together and everyone enjoyed the house very much. It had all the room we needed for our group giving privacy to each couple. The view was wonderful from all decks especially the upper deck. We had no problems with the house or location.

  We just spent a great week at Villa Noche. I highly recommend this house as well as the Cypress Dunes neighborhood in Santa Rosa Beach. The house was beautifully appointed with high end fixtures. The master bedroom is enormous with a huge bathroom with giant soaking tub, large tiled shower and the biggest closet I've ever hung my clothes up in. It has a large deck with comfy seating, outside ceiling fan and very nice views of gulf. It's a great place to watch the stars come out at night. The main living area consisted of a great room/kitchen/dining room-very nicely furnished. The great room had a large deck with pretty views of the community lawn area where the kids played soccer and wiffle ball in the evenings. The Cypress Dunes community is perfect if you are active. The tennis courts are very well maintained and not busy, the pool is to die for-one of those infinity pools with picture perfect views of the dunes and gulf. The community's exercise room is one of the best I've encountered in a rental-it overlooked the pool. Santa Rosa Beach is at the western end of a 30 mile long bike trail. We got into the habit of rising early and riding our bikes to Seaside/Watercolor (about 11 miles one way) and back before it got too hot, finishing the workout at the gym and enjoying the pool until lunchtime and then going to the beaches until dinner. We really didn't miss not having a beach access-it was actually pretty easy to keep the beach gear in the back of the van, load everyone in and park. You could also ride your bike as well.
