  We had a very relaxing week at the beach. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The owner made the rental process very easy. The location was perfect- right on the beach! We could not have asked for a nicer place to spend our vacation at the crystal coast. Thanks!

  My family just stayed at this condo at Pier Pointe. The location was perfect! The unit is set close to the beach with easy access via a short boardwalk. I have two little ones, so the pool came in very handy and was also very close in proximity. The condo was clean and included all of the conveniences thus making it a very relaxing and enjoyable week. The kids absolutely loved taking baths in the jacuzzi tub- it was a very relaxing way to end the day for me too! The wide beach was perfect for my morning runs, and evening family walks. The kids had a great time making sand castles, and playing in the waves! Hurricane Irene was nice enough to grace us with her presence, cutting our trip short just by a day, but otherwise our week was absolutely perfect! The condo owners were great to deal with making the entire rental process easy on us. We would definitely choose stay here again the next time we visit.

  We just returned from a fabulous week at this condo. We are long time Emerald Isle visitors but first time using this property. Loved the bright, clean freshness and was surprised to have more of an ocean view around the dune than expected. The perfect unit for someone with some walking difficulties. Still a set of steps up into the building and then up and over the dune. The pool was close by and easily accessible as well. The kitchen was very well equipped as well! We'll definitely be back!

  Owner response: So glad the steps were pretty easy. Our 91 year old mother can bring up her own groceries without a problem! She also appreciates the convenience of getting to the beach directly from the condo.

  We had a nice visit last weekend -- the weather was supposed to be bad, but it turned into a gem of a stay on the coast. The unit had all the desired amenities. The ground floor has a slightly limited view of the ocean, but just go up a half floor and enjoy your coffee there. Great access to the beach which was almost all our own. Unfortunately, no fish jumped on the line. We hope to come back in the off season again. PS -- be sure to go the Big Oak Drive-in in Salter Path for the best shrimp burgers on the Crystal Coast (maybe anywhere!).
