Four Winds 703 is a one bedroom one bath newly renovated condo. There is tile throughout the unit...even on the balcony! The unit is custom painted, new furnishings and bedding with new flat screen TV's in the living area and master bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a full sized washer and dryer inside the unit. The dining area seats four and there is also two bar stools. The balcony seats four and there is a table and a lounger.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed and flat screen TV/DVD. The living room has a sofa sleeper and flat screen TV/DVD/VCR. There is also bunk beds built into an alcove in the hallway...perfect for the kids!
Property amenities include an outdoor pool, hot tub, children's pool, and plenty of deck area for sunning.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo...great location, close to everything but not too crowded. Had an issue with the internet and a light initially but 1 phone call and immediate return with excellent service! Everything was clean and as it looks in the pictures would recommend this to others!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers.

We stayed recently & condo was very beautifully decorated & clean. Small complex so not too many people & no problem parking. My only complaint was not enough linens only 1 dishtowel & 4 towels & no start up washing detergent. But would definitely stay again.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.
