Beachwood Villas is one of the best bargains in Seagrove and my unit is a steal! The complex has 2 beautiful pools, tennis courts, and a toddler playground, all within a minute or two of the beach.
My condo has great layout for families looking for a relaxing getaway. I have 3 bedrooms, the master has a private bath, there are twin beds in a second bedroom, and a queen bed in the third. You can catch a view of the ocean from the balcony, and the complex has charcoal grills and picnic areas for your use.
Seaside is only one and one-half miles away. Aside from walking on the beach or playing in the pool, Seagrove offers lots of activities including biking, kayaking, shopping, and wonderful local restaurants. There is also bike path along Scenic Hwy 30A runs directly in front of the building.
Want to enjoy all the shops and restaurants of Seaside? Walk or bike, it’s right down the street!

We love this place! We come back every year and have a great time. The condo is well maintained, the grounds are super clean, the pool is fabulous! We have two kids and let one bring a friend every year and there is plenty of room. Would highly recommend to any of my friends looking for a great place to vacation!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

The condo was perfect for my family. There was enough space to allow us to gather as a family for meals, play board games or relaxed and read quietly in our rooms. The condo and the grounds were clean and well maintained. We enjoyed having multiple options. We cooked most of our meals in the condo but also enjoyed a great meal in the resturant next door. My children preferred swimming in the pool but we also spent time collecting shells from the beach. Our plan is to make vacationing at Family Tides an annual event.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

My family and I stayed here last week and had a terrific time. The condo is a very comfortable size for a family. Although the rooms are certainly large enough to share, I loved that my 2 children each had their own bedroom. The boardwalk to the beach is directly across the street but honestly, the pool areas are so nice, we spent a large part of our time right there. Fantastic restaurant right next door. Unbelievable bargain! We will most definitely be back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
