Great location and high standard level. Located in one of the best part of Rome, right in the heart of the Eternal city, within walking distance to S.Peter, the best shopping area of Rome (Piazza del Popolo and Via del Corso) and most sightseeing. The district is very central but quiet and safe. The apartment, at the 4rd floor of a 1930 building, has just been renovated and elegantly furnished (parquet flooring). It offers a romantic and warm atmosphere and includes all appliances you might need. It has a bright double-room and a large living room with a comfortable double sofa-bed. An en suite pretty bathroom (with shower) and a little but comfortable fully equipped kitchen complete the property.
The apartment is meticulously clean and offer in the surronding museums, cinemas, theatre, restaurants, pizzerias, covered market, shopping and gym.
Bus and metro service are close by. Nearest tube station: Ottaviano (5/7 min by feet)

We stayed in the apartment for 10 days, and enjoyed every day of it.Amalia met us precisely on time in front of the building, showed us into apartment, explained all we needed to know about the neighbourhood. As a welcome gift we got a bottle of a good champagne, and snacks .Apartment is spotlessly clean ,tastefully appointed and furnished, very quiet, and equipped with virtually anything you may need while staying...in an apartment. It is also very safe,in a safe building, and safe ,elegant and quiet street. There is a bus stop 50 m. from the entrance ,and several more bus and tram stops about 5 min walk. There is a subway(metro) station about 8 min walk.Vatican is about 15-20 min walk.Plenty of restaurants ,pizzerias ,grocery stores within 100 m.We found mercato Triunfo(about 15 min walk) the best source for authentic Italian foods in entire Rome ,as far as selection ,freshness ,price ,quality and choice is concerned. For you ,there ,foodies,Triunfo is the best source of foodstuffs, not to mention photo opportunities. We would stay in this apt again when we are back in Rome and recommend it .Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

This is the second time we have stayed at Amalia's apartments. She is a fabulous owner - through timely email communication to arrival, she was always available and helpful. We have stayed at both Roman Breath and Baby Cloud apartments - both are great! Roman Breath is a bit bigger and the air conditioner works great in the Rome weather. There is a terrific deli/sandwich shop across the street where they make you feel welcome and have fantastic bread. A grocery store is a short walk as well as the metro (10 minutes). In Rome the Metro can take you anywhere! This apartment is a 20 minute walk to the Vatican and St. Peter's Square - both sites not to be missed. It is nice to be out of the tourist area - the restaurant King Dei Molisani close by has a great antipasti bar and tasty Italian fare. Amalia is kind enough to allow use of a local cell phone and we were thrilled to have fast internet. Look no further than this apartment for a wonderful, authentic local stay in Rome.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying in Roman Breath for 5 nights. This is a luxurious apartment situated in a safe neighborhood and at a reasonable price. St Peter's Square is less than a 20 minute walk away . My wife were out walking late at night and felt completely safe. There are markets, pizzerias and neighborhood shops nearby and Amalia is a very gracious lady! When we arrived she welcomed us with a nice welcoming gift. She even has a cell phone available for peoples use.It was a treat staying in this beautiful building with one of the neatest elevators I have ever seen. There is a short flight of stairs to climb for the elevator so that may or may not present a problem. We hope to stay here again when we make our next trip to Rome, there's so much to see and do here, and this apartment makes a perfect to explore!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We stayed here for nine days over Christmas 2012. The apartment was immaculate, efficient, warm, inviting, secure. It was a comfortable place to stay. The pictures were accurate, and there were no surprises when we arrived. We loved the walk from Baby Cloud to Vatican City, just a few blocks. We always felt safe walking home even late at night. We loved the 24-hour bakery (between the apartment and the Metro station). We could never pass up stopping on our route home. We just can't say enough except that when we return to Rome we hope to return to Baby Cloud. And, I don't want to forget to mention that when we had questions about how to operate the washing machine and called Amalia she visited us personally (she is a lovely person, by the way). Also, the washing machine was in perfect working order, we just weren't too sure how to operate it. Finally, this apartment is ideal if you are going to use public transportation. The Metro station is close by, as are bus stops. We rate this place A+. Darlene and MarcRecommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car.

I stayed in Babycloud for 4 weeks in November. It is very well located and within walking distance to great sights: 10min from metro, 15min from St.Peters, 30min from Piazza del Popolo or Piazza Navona/Pantheon. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. There is a grocery right in front of the building and a pizzeria next door where you can take your pizza to go. There are also restaurants and cafes within a few minutes of walk. Amalia is one of the nicest person I've met in Italy. She was quick to answer my emails before and during my stay. The apartment is beautifully decorated and much more spacious than I expected. Two or three people would feel very comfortable. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook. I felt right at home. When I go back to Rome, I will definitely look up Amalia's apartment again. Thand you for the wonderful stay!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

We returned to Rome for the 2nd time in 4 months and stayed in the same apartment this time around without even research any other places. As a matter of fact, we actually altered our initial flight and trip schedule in order to fit in our 3 night stay to the apartment's availability. We will continue to stay there when we return to Rome in the future. I highly recommend the apartment!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My husband and I along with our 18 month old son stayed here for five nights and we could not have asked for a more perfect place to rest our feet at the end of the day. As previously stated by other reviewers the apartment (Baby Cloud) was impeccably clean and nicely decorated. The photos shown are very accurate. The bed was comfortable, and our host even made up a little bed for our son. Speaking of our host; she was so warm and welcoming and eager to answer any questions. Her welcome gifts were much appreciated after a long day of travelling! As for the area around the apartment: This is a friendly neighbourhood where people would regularly say good morning to us. We would even go out for very early morning runs and never felt unsafe. *If you're up for it go see the St. Peter's at about 6:30 am, it is beautifully lit up, the sun is rising and there is never anyone else around. There is an alimentari across the street to get some little groceries, and a supermarket only five minutes away. The three closest restaurants; Sicilian Bocca, Ostaria Della Forchetta and the Pizzeria Giacomelli were all amazing! Friendly waitstaff and great food. There is a children's playground across the street. And the metro is only a 5-8 minute walk south. We walked most of the city and found we liked our neighbourhood the best as it was safe, clean and away from all of the touristy hustle and bustle. Book this place if you can, you won't be disapointed!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The apartment was great! My husband and I stayed in the Roman Breath apartment for three nights in September 2011. The location is perfect for seeing the Vatican and the rest of Rome. We found Rome to be a very walkable city so this location was great. The metro is also only three short blocks away. It was nice to be in a real neighborhood and out of the tourist hub. The apartment was exceptionally clean and nicely decorated. It was also a very quiet apartment, we did not hear any noise from neighbors. Amalia is a wonderful host and very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We stayed in the 'Roman Breath' apartment, and it is absolutely everything you could ever want in an apartment in Rome! The apartment is meticulously cleaned and decorated, and our host Amalia was exceedingly gracious. Also, there are some great local restaurants and shops that are just far enough off the tourist path that you might almost feel like a local. Sicilia in Bocca, a restaurants half a block down the street, was particularly good, as was the pastry shop/deli/grocery store across the street from the building. I miss it already!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Owner info
About the owner: I lived in this flat when I was at university; than, after married, I moved to the countryside (north of Rome). I love my flat downtown, it is a kind of refuge for me and I always try to make it more beautiful and comfortable. One of the best thing about this property is the location. It is located in one of the best district of Rome( near to the main tourist attraction) and, really close, you can find all the shops you might need (grocery, bakery, laundry, coffee bar, restaurants, pizzeria, hairdresser, gym with spa) and only five minutes by feet you can also find a large covered market with fresh vegetables and fish. Many other locations in the centre often are not as well served as mine. I wish my guest go back home with the best impression and memory about this wonderful city.
Why the Owner Chose Vaticano (St. Peters & Vatican):
I like to cuddle my guests.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The flat has a great location. Besides it is really elegantly furnished and maniacally cleaned
