Two professionally decorated, 2-bedroom condominiums(two king-size beds, one queen-size sleeper sofa)At Portofino Resort and Spa on Pensacola Beach with panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Kitchen is fully equipped, including refrigerator with custom cabinet panels, convection oven, ceramic cook top, microwave, and dishwasher.

Nine-foot ceilings throughout. Features designer window treatments and accessories. Living area features ceiling-to-floor and wall-to-wall tinted glass windows and doors that open onto a spacious, 28-foot balcony with table and chairs and chaise lounges for relaxing and enjoying spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Dining room has table (seats six), buffet, and three bar stools. Living room has queen-size sleeper sofa, leather recliner, and two wicker club chairs with ottoman. Large, imported armoire holds 37-inch flat screen HD-TV with DVD and Sony stereo, CD, and tape player. Condominium also features high-speed internet connection (if you must work or access email while on vacation). Living room and bedrooms have palm blade ceiling fans.

Master bedroom has king-size bed, night stand, three-drawer chest, armoire with three drawers, 27-inch TV, and DVD player. Double closets. Master bath has a glass walk-in shower and whirlpool tub. Double vanities and private water closet. Nine-foot double sliding doors open onto balcony.

Guest bedroom has king-size bed and same furniture as master with 27-inch TV and VCR. Walk-in closet. Bath has tub with shower. Guest bedroom has floor-to-ceiling window with glass door to balcony. Both bedrooms and living area overlook the Gulf of Mexico.

Located on Pensacola Beach 15 minutes from downtown Pensacola and 25 minutes from Pensacola Airport.
