Property living area is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors. 2nd floor - Family Room, Two Guest Bedrooms, Two full Bathrooms, Washer/Dryer Laundry Closet. 3rd floor - Living Room, Dining Area, Gourmet Kitchen, Master Bedroom with full Bathroom, Walk in Closet and Washer/Dryer Laundry Closet.
Master Bedroom has King size bed, 2 night tables, entertainment armoire with TV, and dresser. Master bathroom features a double vanity, walk-in closet, separate closet with washer and dryer, private toliet area and marble shower with steam shower. Sliding glass door provides view and access to balcony.
Living room features large windows providing spectacular views of the Gulf, and has beautiful bamboo wood flooring and ceiling. It has a large L shaped sofa, a built in entertainment center with a 50” plasma TV with surround sound, DVD, and Wii Game Console. Two Sliding glass doors provide access to balcony
Kitchen is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, including extensive custom cabinets, double ovens, 6 burner heavy duty gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, food pantry, microwave oven, and built in cabinet wine cooler. Dining Counter features three barstools. Dining Area has a table with 6 chairs.
Main Guest Bedroom features a Queen bed, end tables, dresser, clothes closet and a full bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. The second Guest Bedroom features two sets of bunk beds, closet and blow up matress. Another full bathroom is shared with the Family Room. Each bedroom has a sliding glass door with provides views and access to balcony.
Family room has a sofa, cushioned chairs , coffee table, a separate sink and counter area with cabinets and small refrigerator, an entertainment armoire with 26” TV and surround sound, a built in computer desk and table w/4chairs complete this room. The main entrance to house in located here.
Ceiling fans are located in the living room, family room and all bedrooms.
Washer and Dryer combo units located in the Master Bath and between the two Guest Bathrooms allow multiple loads of cloths to be done simultaneously.
Expansive wrap around balconies provide spectacular views, sun bathing, and relaxation and feature loungers and chairs. The 3rd floor balcony features a Gas grill and the 2nd floor balcony has a Jacuzzi Hot Tub.
A large concrete area provides parking for up to 10 vehicles/boats/trailers.
