Welcome to the Clearwater condominium in beautiful Gulf Shores, Al. This condominium is conveniently located close to restaurants, shops, fun kid activities and so much more. It is also only about 2 miles from a Wal-Mart.
This large one bedroom will sleep six comfortably with a brand new King size mattress in the Master bedroom, a bunk area and the sleeper sofa. The pool is just below this convenient first floor unit and the beach is a very short boardwalk away!

Leslie was easy to work with from start to finish. Condo was just what we needed, plenty of space, decorated very nice. View from balcony was spectacular, could see the Gulf State Pier to your left. Walk to beach short distance plus able to rent beach chairs without difficulty, beautiful clean beach and not overcrowd. Can't wait for next year!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We had an amazing week at Clearwater. The condo was so clean and spacious & was exactly what we needed. The first floor was great & we could watch the boys in the pool from the balcony not to mention the beautiful ocean view. Loved that the beach was never crowded. We were close to everything. It was tastefully decorated and the kitchen had averything. The washer/dryer came in very handy. Leslie was so easy to work with and made plannning very simple. We can't wait to come back. Thank you Leslie!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Everything right here - place to sleep, cook, and hang out....balcony to enjoy, nice pool, and right on the best part of the beach, uncrowded. You can walk to everything or driving is easy too with the state park road you can miss traffic. We stayed 8 days and enjoyed every minute. Leslie is great to work with and Deb is in town if anything needs immediate atttention. On the first floorRecommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Clearwater Condominiums. The entire process was extremely easy and we could not have been happier with the room. Everything was in great condition and the bed was also very comfortable! I would recommend this room to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway especially because this area of the beach is not too crowded. Don't overlook this unit!Did you find this review helpful? About the owner: Hi. My name is Leslie Ouellette and I live in Muscle Shoals, Al. with my husband Todd and three tennagers. We love the beach and try to get there as often as we can! We do own five units in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area that I manage.
Why the Owner Chose Clearwater:
Clearwater is a great complex. It is just a short walk to the sand and our unit sits right over the pool. The view is absolutely breathtaking!
