Welcome to Destin's premier resort! Our condominium is located at the Magnificent Edgewater Beach Resort. Bring the entire family for a relaxing vacation in paradise.
Unit 1300 has been professionally decorated with beautiful new tile, cabinets, granite counter tops, and new carpet in the bedrooms. The living area includes a large Flat Screen TV with DVD/VCR player. The master bedroom boasts a king bed and large Flat Screen TV with DVD. The guest room has two twin beds and a Flat Screen TV with DVD. The sleeper sofa in the living area will accommodate two additional guests. A Full size washer and dryer are included for your added convenience. Our guests will enjoy dining on the balcony overlooking the ocean on our new table and chairs. Cable television is provided along with complimentary SHOWTIME, FREE wireless internet.
Edgewater has a state of the art fitness center. Edgewater has 2 sparkling pools, one which is fed by a waterfall, a children's splash pool, and a heated spa. We have several gas grills located at the picnic area, along with shuffleboard and basketball courts, and a professional putting green. Enjoy lunch and drinks at our Tiki Bar and Grill with your FREE $20.00 gift certificate (minimum week stay). You can relax on our beautiful beach with FREE DAILY BEACH SET UP (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) for each paid day of your stay.
Famous for our Snowbird Club, our guests enjoy planned daily activities as well as GOLF DISCOUNTS. Edgewater also has many nightly activities including our Mardi Gras Ball .
The local area offers a wide variety of championship golf courses, tennis, biking and hiking trails. We are with in walking distance to many of the areas fine restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and seafood markets. The world famous Silver Sands Outlet Mall is just across the street. Water sports, para sailing, and dolphin/sunset cruises are nearby.
Destin is one of the world's luckiest fishing villages. Edgewater Beach Condominium is a family friendly resort and by far the most fabulous resort in this natural paradise.
Edgewater does NOT charge a cleaning fee for daily, weekly or monthly stays. Winter guest also receive a free mini clean for each month of their stay.
Our condominium is 'No Smoking'. Edgewater policy prohibits pets and rentals to anyone under the age of 25.
