This 3 bedroom 2 bath condo is a decorators delight. Adorned with rich colors and linens that provides all the comforts of home. There are upgraded hardwood floors in the den and kitchen that brings a warmth to the unit. It provides a luxurious master bedroom with a King size bed, television/DVD player and beautiful tile bathroom with shower and huge soaking tub. The second bedroom provides a queen size bed with own television set.
The third bedroom has 2 twin beds and is fully stocked with toys for boys and girls. A closet full of games, toys, movies and coloring items are sure to keep your children occupied on a rainy afternoon. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower/tub combo. There is also a pull-out sofa in the den area for a guest or 5th child. Provided in the condo is a pack-n-play with sheet and baby blanket, portable high chair, portable baby swing and a baby stroller that can be used on sand.
This is a great condo for a family. There is a fully stocked kitchen with beautiful granite countertops and bar with 3 bar stools. There is a large “L” shaped sofa in the den with TV/DVD combo , coffee table, and wing back chair with table. A screened porch with chairs is wonderful for a lazy afternoon. All the linens are provided and a washer and dryer is in unit for your use.
There is a fully stocked garage with 2 adult bikes both with baby seats on the back. There are several riding toys for children as well. There are tons of sand toys with a beach cart. Pool toys and floats for children are also available. The condo provides a wonderful pool and clubhouse with many lounging chairs and picnic tables. The pool also has a baby pool attached.
The pool and clubhouse is an easy walk from the unit. The clubhouse and grills are available with reservation. Bathrooms are available at the pool area. The grounds are amazing with beautiful landscape lighting and ponds around the entire complex.
Shadow Brook is a short drive to the beach and the downtown ST. Simons village with charming shops and eateries. The unit is walking distance to Starbucks and several eateries. It is gated and tucked away for safety and privacy. Shadow brook village is a charming complex that is sure to make your stay at beautiful St. Simons - one to remember and finds you returning for more!

Recommended for: Age 55+.
This condo is BIGGER than it appears. The childrens playroom/ bedroom is perfectly placed where adults can socialize in the kitchen, dining room or living room and still keep an eye on things. The decor relaxes and reminds you that you are on vaction. Every bedroom is seperated by a bathroom or laundry providing late sleepers more privacy. Elevator up to this unit from garage make taking up luggage and groceries a breeze. Great screened in porch too for morning coffee and chats.

St. Simons has amazing upscale eateries and shops including the bailey boys outlet and many other children's clothing shops, women's and men's shops, interiors, and antique shops. The beaches are wonderful and you can't beat the amazing weather year round. Downtown St. Simons is a favorite of many with a rich and deep history that lends to true mystery. I highly recommend the daily trolley tours to unveil the history of this amazing southern island. Brunch at the King and Price will assure your morning to start off great, or if you prefer just walk across the street to Starbucks for some coffee or an evening pick me up. We have traveled to many other beaches and always find ourselves longing for the uniqueness of the total package of the beach, great eating, and shopping that St. Simons has to offer. Nearby Jekell island has amazing wildlife and a waterpark to visit. Our condo is right down the street from Sea Island and close to the airport.
