This ancient villa, named Casanova, was once part of a larger farm and winery in the magnificent estate of Tenuta di Petrolo. The estate has, as its landmark, the Tower of Galatrona. The Tower's foundation dates back to the Etruscan and Romans populations. “Galatrona” is also the name of one of the best wines you can find in Tenuta di Petrolo together with “Torrione” (big tower). This charming estate is, in fact, famous all over the world for its delicious Gods’ nectar that you cannot miss!
The villa sits in quiet and expansive surroundings with beautiful unspoiled views of undulating olive groves; the well kept park, with centenarian old plants, is a perfect place to relax, to walk or for your kids to play. This Tuscan country house is totally secluded and lies on a hill offering absolute peace and quiet with spectacular views of the surrounding hills and villages.
