  My husband and I have stayed in this same condo every year for the past 5 years. The condo is perfect, the location is superb, and the beach is awesome! You walk out of the porch right onto the white sand and can watch the sunset every night. We absolutely love it! The owners are very cordial and want to make sure everything is alright. Unfortunately, we are having to stay in another one of their condos this year due to date conflicts; however, I am confident it will be just as wonderful as this one.

  Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  The information on the site is accurate. It is 10 feet away from the beach but being located on the ground floor may cause security issues. Be forewarned that you may be robbed of any possessions that you have left in the condo. We were robbed 3 days after arriving and we spent the next 25 days of our dream vacation in the condo concerned about our safety. If you rent this property, please be safe.

  Owner response: as owner's we were in Siesta Key at the time this incident took place. Unfortunately the tenant informed us and the authorities that they left the door unlocked and opened when they left the property to go shopping. There are Security Cameras throughout the property and the authorities are reviewing the tapes.This is the first incident that has occurred since we owned the property. Our concerns go out to the tenants and hope the authorities can solve this case.

  My husband and were there the week of Oct 20th 2012 and it was so relaxing that we are looking to return. Just steps away from the beach. The decor was so nicely done. You felt so comfortable being there. So much nicer than being in a hotel. The weather was perfect. So easy to get around. There is so much to do. While we were there we found some real great places to eat and shop near the movie theater.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

  This was our second time to stay in this ground floor ocean front condo. The owners have made everything trouble free, just arrive and enjoy. Fully equipped with everything you need, they have thought of it all. Very clean and bright and cheery. The location of the condo is great, your are close to everything, we like to explore the small towns around and go to the local places for shopping and dinning, and there are many to choose from. We will be back to stay here and we would stay in any of this owners places.

  My family and I stayed at this adorable ground floor condo and we were pleasantly surprised at how well it worked out for us. We had never rented a condo for a vacation before so we were a bit apprehensive about it but we didn't have to worry because the place was perfect for us. The condo's layout worked for us and our 19 year old and 10 year old daughters. We had our privacy with the separate baths and my husband and I could walk out into the living room and lanai in the morning while the girls slept in. Being on the ground floor right off the beach made access so easy for us we were able to go to and from the beach without having to worry about taking an elevator. The owner's were very helpful and showed they cared about their condo and that we enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, comfortable and well kept and the view is fantastic. Crescent Beach is so beautiful not much else needs to be said! We went kayaking and speed boating and saw many dolphins jumping around us. It was really a paradise vacation. We highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a perfect vacation get-away.

  Very clean...great view...friendly owner called and made sure we were enjoying ourselves. The beach here is super. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!
