We are located just a few minutes from Siesta Village with its collection of shops and restaurants. A few miles north is Saint Armand's Circle with its trendy shopping. Nearby Sarasota has all the social and cultural attractions you could desire, including the world-famous Ringling Museum. It is only a two-hour drive to world-famous Disney World in Orlando, Florida.

We were introduced to Siesta Key buy our friends and fell in love with the beautiful WHITE
QUARTZ SANDS of Crescent Beach and the colorful waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Our clientele
are from all over the world and come back year after year. It is an area which is very
family oriented and safe. We are located just 2 hrs from Disney World and 1 hr from Busch
Gardens in Tampa.

1 hr away, and Orlando Airport is just 2 hrs away. Several Shopping Malls are within a 15
minute drive, also a variety of several restaurants are located in the area. All our rental
properties are ULTRA CLEAN and GULF FRONT (steps to the beach). The City of Sarasota is a 20
minute drive from Siesta Key and is noted for it's Art and Culture.

We both grew up in the Northeast part of the Country (Orchard Park, New York) suburb
of Buffalo, New York. We have been going to Siesta Key since 1979 on and off
during the years. After purchasing our first condo at that time, we have invested
in several other properties (GULF FRONT on Crescent Beach).
