  My Husband and I visit Helen at least four times a year. This was the first time we have stayed in town. The condo is by far the most conveniently located and well equipped in my opinion. Wayne was very easy to get in touch with and make our booking arrangements. The property looks even better than the photos. Thanks for sharing your lovely home.We will be planning a return visit soon.

  I work on weekends so we stayed from Wednesday until Friday. Normally two days is enough for me to want to go home. Nope I wanted to stay. It rained almost the whole time but we still walked all over town and enjoyed the scenry at the townhouse inside and out! Wonderful peaceful and beautiful!! Very romantic. But would be great for kids! We will be back!

  We rented this unit for a 5 day summer vacation in the Georgia mountains. My contact with Wayne was seamless. He promptly answered my questions and his description and pictures of the property were spot on. The townhouse was fantastic! The cleaniness, spaciousness, quality, comfort, and amenities were top notch. The location within Helen is perfect and within walking distance to a variety of restaurants, tubing companies, shops, putt-putt golf, and a water park. Wayne provided us with additional information on his favorite places to visit and we were grateful for the suggestions. Our trip was phenomenal. Thank you.

  This condo was great. It has everything you could want--New, Clean,2 decks, hot tub, king bed in Master. Wayne was great to work with. We requested info on Monday night and he responded Tuesday am and we were there that evening!. Wayne gives you restaurant ideas, rain day ideas and fishing tips! We were able to get wifi on our laptop as well! Great place to stay--we will be back!!

  OMG....This place is AWSOME very, very Clean, Quite, Romantic this place has everything you could ask for. Alot of space inside and out. You are right on the River and to relax by the river is Wonderful. I will be staying here again and again as we have found the cleanest most wonderful place to stay in Helen. We have stayed at several places but nothing like this..We have been wasting our money all these years. Wayne was very helpful and answered all my questions quickly. Rental was a breeze.. My only bad thing to say about the place is my Husband had to work some so our stay was kind of short and when I just looked at the rental calendar it is booked for weekends thru Feb and 1st of March as we were thinking of going back next weekend or the next and that is the only bad thing I have to say about this experience...Thanks Wayne for having such a nice clean place and sharing it with us.

  Great location! Beautiful place! Owner was easy to get hold of via email and very prompt in responses. Loved the area. Off the main street so very quiet yet a short walk to the heart of Helen. Would stay there again!!

  We had an awesome long weekend staying at your place! The children loved playing in the river and the whole family enjoyed fishing. This is truly a place we would love to visit again!! Perfect location, very nicely decorated and plenty of room for the whole family!!!! Thanks again!!

  My husband and I stayed for our honeymoon. It is beautifully decorated and in the perfect location. Just far away enough from the busy main street yet only about a 1/2 mile walk or 2min drive to it. The place was very clean and included plenty of towels and soaps. The owner was also very prompt at returning my emails and phone calls. We will defiantly be staying here again.
