My Husband and I visit Helen at least four times a year. This was the first time we have stayed in town. The condo is by far the most conveniently located and well equipped in my opinion. Wayne was very easy to get in touch with and make our booking arrangements. The property looks even better than the photos. I work on weekends so we stayed from Wednesday until Friday. Normally two days is enough for me to want to go home. Nope I wanted to stay. It rained almost the whole time but we still walked all over town and enjoyed the scenry at the townhouse inside and out! Wonderful peaceful and beautiful!! Very romantic. But would be great for kids! We rented this unit for a 5 day summer vacation in the Georgia mountains. My contact with Wayne was seamless. He promptly answered my questions and his description and pictures of the property were spot on. The townhouse was fantastic! The cleaniness, spaciousness, quality, comfort, and amenities were top notch. The location within Helen is perfect and within walking distance to a variety of restaurants, tubing companies, shops, putt-putt golf, and a water park. Wayne provided us with additional information on his favorite places to visit and we were grateful for the suggestions. Our trip was phenomenal. This condo was great. It has everything you could want--New, Clean,2 decks, hot tub, king bed in Master. Wayne was great to work with. We requested info on Monday night and he responded Tuesday am and we were there that evening!. Wayne gives you restaurant ideas, rain day ideas and fishing tips! We were able to get wifi on our laptop as well! Great place to stay--we will be back!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

OMG....This place is AWSOME very, very Clean, Quite, Romantic this place has everything you could ask for. Alot of space inside and out. You are right on the River and to relax by the river is Wonderful. I will be staying here again and again as we have found the cleanest most wonderful place to stay in Helen. We have stayed at several places but nothing like this..We have been wasting our money all these years. Wayne was very helpful and answered all my questions quickly. Rental was a breeze.. My only bad thing to say about the place is my Husband had to work some so our stay was kind of short and when I just looked at the rental calendar it is booked for weekends thru Feb and 1st of March as we were thinking of going back next weekend or the next and that is the only bad thing I have to say about this experience...Thanks Wayne for having such a nice clean place and sharing it with us.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

My husband and I stayed for our honeymoon. It is beautifully decorated and in the perfect location. Just far away enough from the busy main street yet only about a 1/2 mile walk or 2min drive to it. The place was very clean and included plenty of towels and soaps. The owner was also very prompt at returning my emails and phone calls. My family of four thoroughly enjoyed staying 5 nights at this beautiful townhome! The location, in town but quiet, was perfect. It is off the main street but on a parallel street, so very accessible. My boys loved playing in the grassy area between the building and the river. The river was so peaceful to wake up to each morning. There are so many family friendly places and things to do in town. (Wayne gave us GREAT tips.) We loved watching the tubers and tubing ourselves. We hiked Dukes Creek Falls and Anna Ruby Falls, both amazingly beautiful. This townhouse was fantastic! It had everything you could possibly need. Right on the river so you have gorgeous views from the living room and the master bedroom balconies. Townhouse is very clean. Great location in Helen - walking distance to everything yet, very, very peaceful. Kitchen is very well stocked so all you need to bring is your own food. Well, maybe not even that since there are so many great places to eat in Helen! Ask Wayne for his list of recommendations of places to see and eat. It was very thorough with great tips! This place was great. We liked it because it was right on the river, which is a plus for us and you could walk to town, yet it is off the main street, so that was a plus too. It was incredibly clean, which is also a plus for us. We like clean places to stay, and we like knowing our little one is tumbling around and bathing in a clean place. The pictures are true to what the place looks like inside. Only, it is better on the inside than the pictures. Back to clean, it actually had that smell of clean. We liked that it was pet free and non smoking. I hope future renters will take care of this place so the owners get to enjoy it later on. The owner is very nice and helpful. He was prompt to return my calls and answer questions before arrival and recommended good places to eat. It is very cozy and nice. It has a full kitchen, so all we had to bring was our food. It is modern and up to date, and I can't say that for some places I have stayed.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

Beautiful two story townhouse! The pictures do not do it justice. We came with children and grandparents the weekend before Labor Day 2010' and we all loved this place. It was very, very clean and had everything you could possibly need. I walked with the stroller to the shops downtown. It is exactly 0.5 or 1/2 mile from the Festive Hall and is 0.6 mile from the bridge where you watch all the tubers downtown Helen. We will come here again and again. We highly recommend this rental. This condo was in the perfect location. It is well maintained and very clean & comfortable. It looks exactly as it does in the photos. The owner was very pleasant to deal with and answered all my emails promptly. I would recommend this property to anyone and I would certainly stay there again. We had a great time at this beautiful vacation home. Very comfortable and clean and peaceful. Close enough to all the activities Helen has to offer, but still peaceful and relaxing. Enjoyed fishing and relaxing in our tubes on the river outback. Able to walk to tubing, waterpark and downtown areas with ease. Property is exactly as described and very comfortable! Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to visit the Helen area!!! Owner very helpful and easy to deal with and contact. Recommend day trips to Dahlonega and Unicoi. Gold panning at Crisson's mine. And the food at Alt Heidleberg and Old Barvaria as well as the Troll Restaurant. Tubing is a must and some time shopping in Alpine Helen Village!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
