The place was dirty, old looking (forget the internet pictures). The deck is a mess, and the owners wouldn't do anything about it! I would definitely not stay at this villa!! Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else!
Owner response:This is a bogus complaint---- NOW OVER 2 yrs OLD (2009)! They left the villa a mess! To clarify the above comments please know that this was a one (1) year ago rental. We pride ourselves for 12 years of ownership on taking care of our guests to the fullest. The above comments are not true as these renters were disgruntled, and wanted to get out of their rental committment. My wife and I spoke many, many times with these people about their rental and they wanted to get their money back in full for NOT staying there. This is highly unprofessional and we still tried to accomodate them by giving them 50% refund of their money! They wanted, in essence, a free week and we do not engage in these practices. Our reputation is excellent and we have many, many complimentary emails and letters saying how much they enjoyed our villa and our nice offerings of help in responding to any needs they had. We offer our discounts, our restaurant suggestions, our cleaning staff when necessary and our personal attention always! We have owned our villa for 12 years! We stand by our offers! We are available 7 days a week/24 hrs per day. We treat our guests as friends and have the proof to show for it. Our annual return of guests is quite high. Personal letters of gratitude have been received! I am sorry that one (1) guest over two (2) years ago writes a letter as he did. If they were that unhappy and actually stayed there, you would think they would have acted sooner! This is incredible to me! Sincerely, the Owners!

We had a delightful stay. The villa is immaculate. The owners have it beautifully decorated. They were very helpful with suggestions for restarants, and activites. The tennis was great. we will definitely stay there again.
