fishing. Pontoon rental a half mile away with Para sailing appointments too.
The house has been totally renovated inside as you can see from the pictures for a great feel experience. Enjoy a nice barbecue a beverage with a fantastic breeze out near the point. Walk around to the private beach to look at the Ocean City Skyline and outstanding Million Dollar views. Have Fun !!!

Last minute idea turned into a great vacation!!! Loved having my 2 black labs with us. My older lab loves to swim and fetch and our pup needed to learn. They were able to jump off the bulkhead behind the house and swim. My husband got in with them and would launch them back out. The crab pots were quite a bonus. After 2 days we had caught enough legal size crab for quite the feast. We'd drive down to the beach during the day for the dogs to swim in the ocean then dry off on the back deck. Our "realtor" Lynn was a blast!!!! We hung out next door our last night for hours. The house was comfortable (the bed not so much- really the only negative I can say). We brought our kitchen supplies since I had read the other reviews and my husband loves to cook. Its a quiet neighborhood (Labor Day week at least). The neighbors we did see were friendly. We would definitely book again if we were looking to stay in that area. We decided Sunday of Labor Day weekend that we needed to get away with our dogs, spoke to Lynn and we arrived Monday. We had booked through Fri but by Wed we knew we wanted to stay longer and Lynn said no prob to stay an extra night. The view out back is amazing. We spent every night on the deck. It was just what we needed. THANK YOU for accepting dogs (of all sizes)!!!!! We have everlasting memories of our Crosby swimming with Jager then cuddling together on the deck. Priceless!!!!Recommended for: Pet owners, age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We really enjoyed our stay. Location was great. The dogs enjoyed swimming in the canel. Kitchen was lacking a little,, but would recommend for anyone to stay.Recommended for: Pet owners, age 55+, families with young children.

We just got home from a week's stay here. It was a wonderful time. The house is ther perfect size for a small family, we had plenty of room. It is located nearby to many attractions and the beach. Sitting on the deck was one of our favorite pastimes. It is in really nice condition and the neighborhood is very friendly. It was so nice to be able to bring our pooch along on vacation with us. I would love to saty here again.Recommended for: Pet owners, age 55+, romantic getaway.

This was a lovely cottage with more than enough room for us. Very comfortable and clean. Beautifuly scenery! Thank you for a wonderful time away from it all.
