  Great location with a great floor plan. Extras like tennis rackets and beach chairs was a nice touch! We'll be back and highly recommend for people with dogs.

  This is our third year at Donna and Kevin's condo and we love it! The unit is well appointed having everything you will need for a vacation getaway. Granite counters in an up to date kitchen make food prep fun and easy. Beds are all comfortable as well as couches and dining chairs. Outside table and chairs can extend the morning coffee. You look out over tennis courts and pond beyond. lots of shore birds and migrating exotics. Donna is quickly responsive to any needs that may arise. The condo complex is quiet in November, 1 block from the beach and close to seaside bars and restaurants. Downtown Fernandina Beach is a hidden Florida Gem and great place to spend a vacation.

  This is a very spacious 3 bdrm condo with a beautiful, fully stocked updated kitchen. The baths were also updated and beautiful. The tennis court and pool were steps from the front patio. We were not there to lounge on the beach and did not go to the beach. The location is great. Easy and close to everything.

  I had a fantastic vacation in Fernandina Beach, and this property certainly contributed to my happy stay. The condo was clean and cute and centrally located. The community was quiet, well-maintained, and only a block and a half away from the beach. The owners were easy to work with. Fernandina Beach offers an incredible array of outside activities- it is a nature lover's delight!

  My husband and I, our teenage daughter and niece and our little Yorkie had a wonderful five day vacation at this condo in Fernandina Beach. It was off the main drag but still convenient to all of the attractions. The pool and tennis court were right outside the door, there was a nice picnic area with grill and tables close by and the beach was just a short stroll away. The grounds were very well maintained and well lit at night. Cedar River seafood restaurant (which was excellent) and Dairy Queen were within walking distance or a very short drive. Historic downtown Fernandina with it's scenic marina, restaurants and quaint shops is also just a short drive away. We really enjoyed the beach, the pool and the marina, the girls even rode horses on the beach. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. When we return to Fernandina this is where we will stay.

  Very nice ground-floor condo, clean, updated and well-kept; accurately described and presented. Kim and Donna were very helpful as we planned a last-minute family getaway for 6-8 adults and a dog. With the 2 sofas and outdoor patio table, we were comfortable, cozy but not too crowded. Good size pool is just beyond the tennis courts out the condo door, and the beach is a block away, 5 minute walk. Note: charcoal grilling is not permitted just outside the condo or on the patio, but a state park type grill and picnic tables are nearby (which we did not use.) Highlights: Brett's Waterway Cafe for dinner; T-Rays for southern breakfast in a former gas station; lunch at Slider's; AC Charters deep-sea fishing/boat charter, drive-on beach and fishing at the state park. Very nice time!

  Really enjoyed the unit and our stay. Beaches were much prettier than I expected - way nicer than St. Augustine! Also, beaches were easily accessible. Plenty to do in the area and short commutes to get to them.

  We visited this vacation rental just a few weeks ago and have only great things to say about the condo and its owner, Donna. We had to find a place in a hurry as the place we had been going to for years in Fernandina Beach had a major problem that was discovered less than a week before our planned trip. It was a miracle that we found Donna’s place, and we were blown away by Donna’s accommodation and willingness to go above and beyond for us. Everything worked out perfectly. The place was very clean and beautiful. The kitchen and bathrooms were renovated recently, and it made a big difference in our perception of the place. It was very quite around the neighborhood, the pool and tennis court were practically right by the door and the beach was in a 2-minute walking distance. We love going to Amelia Island and recommend this particular place highly. Thank you, Donna, for your amazing help this year. We will be back! – friends from Michigan

  Fantastic stay at this lovely and comfortable condo. Quick walk to the beach, pretty setting, all the amenities to keep a family happy for a week. Donna was helpful and hospitable!

  We spent the first two weeks of Mar 2012 here and really enjoyed our stay. It really was great, so close to the pool and just minutes from the beach. I particulary liked being on the ground floor with our dog. The condo was so nicely furnished and very clean, and quiet.. We recommend it and hope to return maybe next year. Terry and Gib
