  This stylish studio flat with the amazing brick walls is located at the back of the building and at the top of a narrow flight of stairs. It gives one a nice feeling of privacy and overlooks a small but attractive courtyard-style garden area. The flat is extremely clean and quiet, and there are three huge windows which let in a lot of light and make the atmosphere bright and cheery. The double bed provides a good night's sleep for one or two persons, while the couch could be used as a bed for a young child. The kitchen has a full refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave and all of the basic dishes, utensils, pots and pans. The bathroom features a combination tub/shower (but no grab bar), and plenty of storage space is available in the main closet. Tiffany kindly added some extra hangers as well as an ironing board, and she was prompt to respond to any inquiries I made, both before and during my stay. The pretty glass coffee table shown in the photo was on its last leg when I arrived, and after all repair efforts failed, Tiffany immediately went out and bought a replacement table. She is without a doubt the perfect "landlady" -- kind, cooperative and generous. My 17-day sojourn in Manhattan and particularly in Hell's Kitchen -- truly an outstanding neighborhood -- was unforgettable, in large part, due to Tiffany and to this very special flat. I felt very much at home and would love to stay here again. .

  I've been putting this review on hold for a long time. Partly because I personally would like to keep this place as a hidden gem. But it won't do any justice to Tiffany as this property definitely worth mentioning, it's exactly what everyone else have said, lovely location and lovely owner. Location wise, it is just perfect. You can walk to so many places and can go back and drop your shopping stuff in the apartment and out again. This is as convenient as it get. We feel completely at ease and safe with the surrounding area. I hope Tiffany will continue to make this perfect apartment available for travellers because I definitely want to stay here again when I come back to NYC. Thanks.

  Loved staying in this apartment, it is exactly like the pictures, great decor, close to everything, walking distance from central park and times square. Tiffany is a wanderfull person! We have nothing to complain about! I would definately stay there again.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

  This apartment is wonderful. It is very cute & I loved everything about it. My boyfriend and I were very comfortable with the street it was located on and we felt very safe... (it's easy to feel unsafe while in NYC, but no worries!) - This apartment is within perfect walking distance to Central Park, Times Square, The Javit's Convention Center, Rockefeller Center, etc. We walked everywhere & it was so nice to come back "home" to our cozy little apartment in the city. Tiffany is so sweet and we were able to meet & chat - she is definitely a trustworthy person & I'm so glad we ended up staying here!! I'm going to recommend a few eating places that you can walk to: Shake Shack Lime Jungle Trattoria Trecolori John's Pizzeria (we had pizza delivered!) Junior's in Times Square The Food Emporium (a marketplace, but they sell really good food/desserts too!) Dean and Deluca at the New York Times building You will love your stay!!

  My husband and I visiting from Australia stayed at this lovely apartment for 10 days. I can honestly say it was absolutely perfect. The location was great, central to everything, so many restaurants to choose from, safe neighbourhood. The apartment was very clean and quiet at night time. The owner and staff were welcoming and I would reccommend this apartment to anyone. Thanks for our wonderful stay and we will be back with all the family next year.

  I stayed here based on the recommendation of my sister, who stayed twice before. The apartment looks exactly like it does in the photos. Lots of space, cable television, refrigerator, and very clean. The owner, Tiffany, is so nice! I know that I will go to stay at this apartment again next year. If you want a great experience staying in a beautiful apartment, this is the place to stay. -Michael

  Thanks again for a wonderful place to stay in NYC! This apartment is better than described, comfy and cosy, and my daughter and I felt absolutely at home here.   the apartment exceeded our expectations: excellent location, very nice street, excellent surroundings that fulfilled all our needs. Well maintained and clean. I most certainly already recommended "Casa Tiff" to anyone who asked about a place to stay in NYC. We had an wonderful stay with 2 teenagers, 11 and 13 a mother and a grandmother and I dare say it was the trip I enjoyed the most. Thanks,Tiff, for your help and recommendations. I will most certainly be back....!!!

  I would recommend this apartment and this location to anyone wanting to come to NYC! The apartment was exactly as stated in Tiffany's description and other people's reviews. The neighborhhood is quiet and nice, but it's close enough to walk to all the midtown attractions. Tiffany is the perfect hostess, and she takes pride in her apartments. I would like to come back and stay in some of Tiffany's other apartments within the same building.
