Each bedroom has a queen-size bed with its own full private bath. A breakfast bar looks into a full-sized kitchen stocked with everything you will need to cook up a gourmet meal. Enjoy your meal in the large separate dining room.

This tastefully decorated condominium is located 20 minutes from the Southwest Florida International Airport, five minutes to Fort Myers Beach, and six minutes to the Sanibel Causeway. 15 minutes to the City of Palms Park, 15 minutes to Hammond Stadium.

  • We thoroughly enjoyed the area, close to grocery stores and Target, close to Hammond Stadium, close to Sanibel, close to Lakes Park and the wonderful birds that come to roost each evening. And if that wasn't enough, the place was so clean and beautifully furnished. What a joy to come home in the evening after a day of wonderful Florida activities to this gracious, relaxing, quiet haven.

  • This was truly an enjoyable transaction from my very first contact with the owner to the day we left. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will probably return in the next year or so. I can't think of one thing that we needed that wasn't there. I forgot to mention how clean everything was...what a pleasant experience!!!!

  • My family and I spent a week in May at this lovely condo. The place was clean, bright, and comfortable. The pool was clean and conveniently located. We found the neighbors to be very friendly. We will definately be back!

  • My wife and I spent a very enjoyable vacation at the Casa Bella condo #29951.The condo was clean and offered all the comforts of home. Condo residents were friendly and assisted with restaurant locations and driving directions. Sanibel Island, Fort Myers Beach and shopping were a short drive from the condo. We look forward to renting the same condo in 2005.

  • We spent two months in Casa Bella #29951 (Feb./Mar.04) and enjoyed it very much. The condo is nice and well equipped. We liked the location - it's in a quiet area but only a short drive to Sanibel or to downtown Fort Myers and five minutes away from trolley pickup to Fort Myers Beach (the stress- free way to get to the beach). And the friendly neighbors were a real plus. We will stay there again when we can.

  • Two retired couples enjoyed two weeks at Casa Bella. The condo is ultra nice and fully equipped to make your stay very comfortable. The pool area is very clean and inviting and the people very friendly and helpful. Conveniently located to good resturants, shopping etc. We plan to revisit next year for a longer period of time.
