The condo was in a great location and spotless clean!! Quiet neighborhood and even though it is a first floor condo, we did not hear a peep from any neighbors above or besides us. Joane was also very responsive and accomodating to our needs. Would recommend the rental to anyone who is interested in visiting the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed the area, close to grocery stores and Target, close to Hammond Stadium, close to Sanibel, close to Lakes Park and the wonderful birds that come to roost each evening. And if that wasn't enough, the place was so clean and beautifully furnished. What a joy to come home in the evening after a day of wonderful Florida activities to this gracious, relaxing, quiet haven.

This was truly an enjoyable transaction from my very first contact with the owner to the day we left. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will probably return in the next year or so. I can't think of one thing that we needed that wasn't there. I forgot to mention how clean everything was...what a pleasant experience!!!!

What a lovely condo. Everything clean and immaculate. So well stocked with everything you could possibly need. So convenient to all attractions. Loved that it was not a huge complex and the people were all so friendly. Could not ask for more.

My wife and I spent a very enjoyable vacation at the Casa Bella condo #29951.The condo was clean and offered all the comforts of home. Condo residents were friendly and assisted with restaurant locations and driving directions. Sanibel Island, Fort Myers Beach and shopping were a short drive from the condo. We look forward to renting the same condo in 2005.

We spent two months in Casa Bella #29951 (Feb./Mar.04) and enjoyed it very much. The condo is nice and well equipped. We liked the location - it's in a quiet area but only a short drive to Sanibel or to downtown Fort Myers and five minutes away from trolley pickup to Fort Myers Beach (the stress- free way to get to the beach). And the friendly neighbors were a real plus. We will stay there again when we can.

Two retired couples enjoyed two weeks at Casa Bella. The condo is ultra nice and fully equipped to make your stay very comfortable. The pool area is very clean and inviting and the people very friendly and helpful. Conveniently located to good resturants, shopping etc. We plan to revisit next year for a longer period of time.
