The quiet, marsh setting can be enjoyed as you sit on the screened-in porch watching the wildlife and enjoying the view. Within very close proximity is shopping, entertainment, and the beach is not too far away. Sea Palms offers beautiful bike trails, swimming pool, tennis courts, golf courses and many other features.
Owner will entertain last minute special reduced rates (within two weeks of stay).
Beautifully appointed, the renter has a choice of renting a single unit or a second adjoining unit - ideal for families or couples needing separate accommodations, but who want rooms to be close to both parties. One unit is equipped with an efficiency kitchen complete with dining and sitting area on the 2nd floor over looking the marsh. The second unit has a complete wet bar with coffee maker and includes a screened porch on the second floor over looking the marsh. Daily maid service is included in the price. Both units have 2 double beds.

Positive Rating
This unit is in the Sea Palms rental pool which means they normallay keep it rented for their guest. When Sea Palms is not using it I will rent it a reduced rate like $40 to $50 a night less than Sea Palms. My price covers everything including daily maid service.
