This picturesque corner of paradise features the Gulf Coast’s largest lazy river, a zero-entry wave pool, lagoon pool, waterfalls, sandy beaches, hammock island, a hot tub, a kiddie pool, an activity pool area, and a tiki bar. Plenty of towels, lounge chairs, and tubes (for your lazy river ride) are provided for your use and comfort, and a shuttle bus to and from your condo is also available.

The clubhouse at the Outfitter’s Center also serves as the clubhouse for the Armada Club. Fashioned in luxurious plantation style, The Outfitter features a wrap-around veranda and breathtaking southern sunsets on the Intercoastal Canal. The Palm Pavilion is the outdoor entertaining area complete with an outdoor fireplace and complimentary buffets for you to enjoy as you anticipate a live performance by your favorite artist at the amphitheatre later that night.

Daily fishing charters are also available, complete with gear and equipment, and can be booked at the Orvis. Also offered at the Orvis are classes on knot types, fly types, bait fishing, casting, and fishing techniques and the always popular “School of Fish” for the kids.

In unit 512, the designer gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a built-in ice maker, a built-in wine cooler, and a 4-stool granite bar for eating/entertaining. A beautiful bistro set is close by for dining which seats 4 as well.

Our condo overlooks the marina and Intercoastal Canal where you can kick off your shoes and lose yourself in the tranquil life of the dolphins that swim and frolic in the water below or watch the many extravagant yachts docking at the marina. You can also take advantage of live entertainment on the boardwalk below at one of the dockside restaurants as you prepare a gourmet meal on the stainless steel gas grill.

The guest bedroom includes two lavish twin beds and an amazing bathroom with a stylish modern flare. The master suite comes complete with a magnificent king-size bed and sliding glass doors that open to the balcony. A designer bathroom accompanies this master suite with granite countertops, whirlpool tub, and a fabulous walk-in shower. Both bedrooms have large walk-in closets. The living room also has a large plush sofa which converts into a queen-size bed for an extra sleeping area. A stackable washer and dryer combo is included in a separate washroom for your convenience.
