The split floor plan features a master bedroom with a pillow-top King bed and full private bath. The 2 guest bedrooms are furnished with queen beds and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. There are flat screen TVs and DVD players in each bedroom.
You will thoroughly enjoy time spent on the balcony which is among the largest on the Alabama gulf coast. Sliding glass doors run the width of the unit, providing access and beautiful views from the living area and master bedroom. Whether you’re enjoying morning coffee in the master bedroom or relaxing in the recliner, you can watch the waves at all times!
A flat screen TV, DVD player and VCR are located in the living area for your enjoyment. Free high speed wireless internet is available for those who choose to “stay connected” during their visit.
The large kitchen is well stocked with all appliances, pots and pans, silverware, and dishes. If you don't plan to cook, there are numerous local restaurants serving delicious fresh seafood from the gulf! For your convenience, a new full-sized washer and dryer are also provided.
Amenities at Pelican Pointe include a beautifully landscaped pool area, fabulous beachfront pool, outdoor children’s pool, heated indoor pool and hot tub, exercise room, lighted tennis courts and a lighted walkway to the beach.

We had the joy of staying at this awesome condo for 4 nights. Spacious, clean, and great location! Being on a private beach area with a great pool and kiddie pool was awesome. The guards were extremely professional and looked after our care. The parking area was secured and peaceful. The big balcony was perfect for reading, hanging out and eating breakfast on the outside table. We will definitely be going back for more fun at this condo in the near future! Highly recommended!! :-)Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We recently had our second experience staying at this Pelican Pointe Condo. What a great time we had! It is very clean, bright and large enough to accomodate my family of six adults and two children. It was one of the best family vacations we have had. I would highly recommend this to anyone.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

We were extremely pleased with our experience. The property along with the condo was clean and well maintained. The owner was easy to work with and answered all of my questions in an accurate and timely manner. Not only would we recommend this property to others, we would stay in it again. We especially loved how centrally located it was to shopping areas, restaurants, and Adventure Island. 5 STARS!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
