This is Beachwalk Villas' ONLY 4 bedroom, 4 bath. Don't be fooled by others claiming 4 bedrooms which are really 3 bedrooms and a crudely enclosed loft area. This is the Real McCoy!
As soon as you step into the courtyard of this stunning Villa, you'll know that you have found the hidden jewel of Beachwalk Villas. The upgrades start outside, and seem to endlessly continue as you open the front door.
This Villa is loaded with luxury. Upon entry you are presented with custom Egyptian granite flooring, inlaid with Chinese slate and more Indonesian granite. There are granite countertops in the kitchen and every bath, and the bathroom countertops feature hand crafted, brightly colored bowls and high-end fixtures. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless appliances, custom front-radius granite countertops, and more custom-laid granite flooring.
All of the furnishings in every room are straight out of Southern Living. Downstairs, there are 2 bedrooms, one with 2 twins, and one with a Queen. Both have their own bath. Upstairs are two more bedrooms, one with a Queen and the Master Suite, with a King of course.
