  I spent 6 days over Easter at this wonderful condo with my husband and 2 kids. It was very clean and bright. I was surprised by the space there was a ton of room inside. The pool is fantastic and warm and we were literally steps from the beach. The condo property is very well kept and the landscape is gorgeous everywhere you look. We did not ever hear any noise from any other residence. Although we had a car we were an easy walk to many things. We hit Indian shores coffee every day and the kids loved the mini golf. The condo itself is nicely furnished and the internet and phone work very well. There were lots of beach chairs, toys, noodles etc at the condo. The beds are quite comfortable and everything in the unit works very well. We will be back for sure! We have found our happy place. It was a 10 out of 10. The owners were great and checked in by phone to make sure things were good on the first day. This was our best rental experience by far.

  My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was extremely clean. It was relaxing (which is what we were was looking for) and we enjoyed the restaurants in the area. We hope to have the opportunity to rent this unit again.

  My fiancee and I had a wonderful time recently in Indian Shores at this condo. The rooms in the condo and the accommodations were excellent. More than we could ask for. We were very happy with its upscale comforts of home and with the luxury of easy access to the pool and beaches. The condo felt new, clean and well maintained. The bedroom was roomy, and it felt even larger as it opened up (through glass french doors) into the sitting room and then again into the separate living area. One morning we even saw dolphins through the sitting room windows (the beach is across the street). Sleep was great in the very comfortable queen bed. The large marble bathroom and double sized glassed shower was a bonus. So were the two flatscreen TV's . Great value all around. I would highly recommend this condo, it was well suited for our extended stay (week) with its modern kitchen and dinning areas. Being able to calling back home with no long distance charges was a real plus. All in all, a great deal and good value. We will be coming back again for sure. Vistor from Canada

  My family just got back from Barefoot Resort and it was amazing! The condo was spotless, freshly cleaned, nicely appointed, with excellent facilities and ammenities. The staff in the office were very helpful, special thanks to April for her tips and suggestions. The beach was great and very convenient, free parking was a plus, so are the great BBQ's on the resort. The pool was great and the views of the intercostal waterway were nice. It is a definite repeat on our family holiday list. Great place for young families. Lots of things to do, good restaurants and shopping near by!

  Very nice, clean condo, very convinient location: quite, not crowded. Bay is just behind the pool where my son could fish or leave his crab trap/cage (so you can swim while waiting for the fish to start biting) :) The beach is just across the road. Beach access is very easy and safe. I liked the bike trail on both sides of the road - a lot of bikers. Very nice place!

  This is a wonderful condo....far beyond our expectations! It is beautifully decorated, very clean, and well maintained. The pool was great - wonderful, spacious sun bathing area - and again, very clean and well maintained. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The condo is within walking distance to convenience store, mini golf, wonderful restaurant and.....of course.....the great beach! I would recommend this condo to all!!!!!

  The condo place is amazing. It is in a great location, very clean, quite and family oriented. Loved the place and the views. We were a family of four with two children 12 and 9 and they loved the place. The kitchen is a great benefit. We ate breakfast and lunch at the condo and that really saves money. The walk to the beach is less than a minute and it really nice. The beach is not real busy like most of the public beaches with parking. It is a short distance to the market, 7-11 and ice cream shops. The putt-putt place is right next door. I would recommend this condo and if it's booked, there are plenty others there to rent. The office was great to deal with and there are plenty of laundry facilities on the condo site. The condo is on Gulf Blvd which goes from Clearwater Beach all the way down to Treasure Island area by John's Pass. Really located well. We plan on coming back here again to stay!!!

  I rented this condo for my sister's family and they had a great time. The condo was very clean and in a great location. There were beach toys for the kids, plenty of beds for 6 people and everything you could want in the condo. My family enjoyed the pool as soon as they got there. The owners were exceptionally nice. They were great when it came to communication and provided all kinds of details of the condo and phone numbers in case my family needed to contact them for anything. I would recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a relaxing vacation. Thank you Greg, Peter and Tony for all your help!
