  With this being a 5-star resort, I would have expected there to be phone service and not to mention some other typical amenities such as Kleenex, an iron that works, a refrigerator that keeps food cold and a better quality of personal hygiene products. While the condo itself was nicely furnished, the recliners were not functional as recliners (too difficult to close up). I've stayed in many condos throughout the U.S. and this condo was lacking in some very basic things such as Kleenex, phone service, the quality of the soap/shampoo, etc. I do want to clarify that I did not contact anyone regarding the iron or refrigerator because, quite honestly, I did not want to be aggravated with the repairs and was not sure who to call since I had three phone numbers listed on the information I received from the rental agency. I also do not understand why I had to drive 8 miles out of my way to go to the rental agency when I had already provided my credit card information for the rental. When I arrived at the rental agency, all I did was sign the credit card receipt and delivered the completed rental agreement which I received via email. Typically, travel/rental agencies send you the rental agreements to be completed, obtain payment information and then you email the completed forms, along with payment information, back to them. I definitely expected a better experience based on the resort's reputation.

We open our condo up to quests - always anticipating they have a wonderful stay, so you can imagine our sadness in seeing your review. We assure you that, had you made up aware of these issues, we would have remedied them immediately. The iron has been replaced, the refrigerator repaired, tissues have been added to the hospitality list. We completely examined the recliners to make sure they work properly. The shampoos and soaps are given as a hospitality. We realize "to each his own" and our quests generally supply their own hygiene products; but, we like to provide these as a "Just in case you forgot" item. We are sorry that you did not like our check-in procedures. We are "hands on owners" - we like to meet our guests.   Two night stay in Pigeon Forge for kids spring break. We were very pleased with the price, view and amenities. Thanks for sharing your property with us!!!! We've came to Pigeon Forge for years and have never had a condo this nice!!!!! Our family would love to visit again.

  We loved this unit. It was extremely spacious and very, very clean. Nothing in it looked worn down or was in need of replacing. They take excellent care of it and it shows. The décor makes it feel very much like someone's well taken care of home. It has excellent views and it close to the playground and the pool. You can also take a short walk to the resort's lobby and get free coffee. The grounds of the resort are also immaculate. Couldn't have asked for more. We will definitely be back, and will rent this unit. There is no reason to rent through the resort directly and pay more.

  We have stayed in many condos/cabins/hotels and this condo is by far our favorite. It was even nicer than the pics indicate.We were celebrating our 35th anniversary and also brought our 3 yr old granddaughter. Her words were, "This is perfectly marvelous." The condo is so roomy, clean and well maintained, and very up-to-date in decor. Access to the playground and pool are perfect. The resort is close to the parkway and we were minutes from all the places we chose to visit. Making the reservation was so easy and the people were so gracious in assisting us. We went to the mountains for a picnic, acquarium, Dixie Stampede, shopping at outlet malls, and the amusement rides along the parkway. We ate at Outback, Dixie Stampede, Cracker Barrel, KFC, Wendys, McD's, and Five Guys. We would definitely recommend staying at this property. In fact, we stayed here because my sister's family had stayed a couple of years ago. They spoke so highly of it that we chose to, also. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Pigeon Forge.

  We've been traveling to the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area for over 20 years so we have considerable knowledge of the area, lodging, and attractions. This was the first time we stayed at Riverstone, but will not be the last. The Holcombe’s were helpful and courteous from the time I called to reserve a condo until we checked out. We traveled with four daughters, two of whom were teens and two was a pre-teen. The two-bedroom condo provided plenty of room and privacy for everyone. Having two bathrooms was wonderful. We also had a full-size kitchen with lots of cooking pots, pans, plates and utensils. Both bedrooms and living room have large TVs. The living room had a pull-out sofa bed and three recliners. The condo had new furniture and felt like home. Comfortable beds made sleeping great. We enjoyed having breakfast on the large balcony which included a large table and chairs. This Condo was on the 6th floor with a view of the Great Smoky Mountains and Little Pigeon River. Kids enjoyed indoor pool and game room. We will be returning to the Holcombe’s Condo.

  We just returned from a 5 night stay and have to say this is the best place we have ever stayed in Pigeon Forge. The condo had great views and it exceeded our expectations. Prior to this stayed at Wilderness at the Smokies for 2 nights (had a great time there but being in one room with 4 people was tough) so when we arrived it was a real treat to be here. The beds were very comfortable and was the best sleep since we were away. I really felt at home and very comfortable & my husband really liked it which he is hard to please. Everything is top notch in this condo. My kids loved having their own king room with a nice big t.v. and dvr to watch their movies. Our room was great too with a nice big walk in closet, gorgeous big bathroom with jacuzzi. Kitchen was nice with view of mountains in background, living room very comfortable. washer/dryer was great to have. The lazy river was great, bigger than most that i have seen at other motels. Nice indoor pool. I didnt want to leave. I wont stay anywhere else when coming to Pigeon Forge again.

  This condo is fabulous. It was even better than the photos. My teen daughters and I were there for spring break in early April. Every thing about this condo is first class. It is very conveniently located to area attractions but at the end of the day you can forget where you are and just relax. The girls just loved the indoor pool. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this condo to anyone. The view of the golf course is gorgeous. We wanted to move in and not leave!

  This is a beautiful, comfortable condo! Pictures portray it very well. We were traveling with three young children-ages 7, 2, and 3 months. Everyone loved the condo and the entire resort. The front & back patios were great! Short walk to the playground, game room, pool, lazy river, Little Pigeon River. A wonderful vacation accomodation!!!

One side you see the golf course, the other you see Lazy river, Pigeon Forge and the Little Pigeon River. Very clean and well maintained. The owner is very nice, even help us get discounts to acitivites.It was great to be able to walk to Pigeon Forge Parkway and take trolly to Gatlinburg. We visited Dollywood, Dixie Stampede, upside down place, and Cades Cove. I would recommend this condo to everyone.
