This 3rd floor 1 BEDROOM 1 BATH unit is located in one of the most desirable buildings on the gulf, Westwinds at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. This unit sleeps up to 4 people. Perfect for a small family or a couple. The bedroom has a KING and the sleeper sofa is a QUEEN. This unit also has a full kitchen, washer and dryer and all the essentials for cooking.
The amenities at Westwinds are amazing. You have a large pool, hot tub, Tiki Bar located at the pool that serves food and beverages, fitness room and the private beach.
Sandestin is by far one of the most beautiful resorts in all of Northwest Florida. The amenities and activities that Sandestin offers are unbelievable; you never have to leave the resort if you don’t want to. There are 11 miles of paved pathways for bicycling or jogging, 14+ tennis courts, basketball courts and of course the 3 championship golf courses to choose from. The Village at Baytowne Wharf has events every night for kids and adults. THE FUN NEVER STOPS!!!!

2. A “mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning” area of residence of a vacationing guest.
THE DAY THAT THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ORDERS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER in a “Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning,” area, we will refund:
1. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered.
2. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted: and
3. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period

I truly enjoyed my stay at your lovely condo at Westwinds – it is always such a nice environment and lovely scenery to be surrounded with during any vacation, weekend getaway / R&R stay in Sandestin. The staff on the complex were quite friendly, as usual, and gladly assisted when I needed someone to take my photo while I was in the hot tub, since I was traveling alone. When I did not fix breakfast in the condo, I always enjoyed breakfast at Another Broken Egg located on the Baytown properties, and Cantina Laredo’s on Grand Boulevard – nice to sit at the bar and have good conversations with others over a Happy Hour Margarita and great food! Bought some scallops and mixed veggies from Publix (which was very conveniently located across the street from the Resort), and went back to condo and cooked my very own “gourmet” meal – it was delicious, if I must say so myself! Would recommend your services to all and anyone looking to have a pleasant and enjoyable stay – the condo was very well equipped with everything you would need – I loved the way the towel was shaped into a Dove or something like that on the sink in the bathroom – CUTE!! I must add that this was one of the cleanest units I’ve stayed in at Westwinds and I have stayed in a couple over the years. I made good use of the beach chair and umbrella provided in the condo to relax on the beach and get some reading time in - it was so relaxing, I almost went to sleep (smile). At my age (50+), I felt a sense of rejuvenation, revitalization, freedom, and renewed independence in taking a trip like this by myself – it was the first time I’ve driven that far (3 1/2 hours from Montgomery, AL) and stayed some where all by myself the entire time! I felt completely safe, had all the comforts of home, and friendly staff was always available. Now that my fear/anxiety is gone and I have ventured out alone and loved it, I plan on doing this again!! Thank you for your nice accommodations and for your assistance during the rental process – you made it very, very easy and all my questions were addressed before I could ask. Again, thanks Bette B. and we’ll be doing business again – soon! We love this condo! We had stayed at the Sandestin Hilton about 10 years ago and a friend suggested we try the Westwind for this trip. It was wonderful. The building, grounds and pool were lovely. The condo was perfect for the 2 of us, but would have worked with kids because of the pull-out sofa. In addition, the condo was very clean!!!! Although we didn't have to deal much with the condo staff, the ones we did speak with were very friendly and helpful. We thouroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return to the Westwind in the future. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!Recommended for: Romantic getaway.
