This beautifully renovated, first time rental home is located in Gilbert, Arizona. It is only minutes away from two major freeways that will get you connected to major Arizona landmarks. The home provides a cozy respite for weary travelers or vacationers that are looking for a relaxing getaway. This home allows for entertaining guests both inside and out. The beautiful backyard is well equipped with two fountains, a propane BBQ grill, outdoor bar, sink, and refrigerator. You and your guests will also be able to relax poolside watching satellite TV while soaking in the rays or cooling off with a state of the art mister/fogger system in the curtained cabana area. When the temperature cools in the winter months you can relax in the 6 person hot tub.The hot tub has a towel warmer and steps for easy entry and exit. There is even a fire pit for roasting marshmellows.
The inside of the house contains a newly renovated kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the necessary items, i.e. plates, utensils, coffeemaker, etc. The kitchen opens up nicely to the living room so everyone can enjoy the 50 inch plasma screen TV with stereo surround sound. The TV is also equipped with satellite programming and a DVD player. Any guests sitting at the indoor bar, the reclining couch and love seat, or the dining room table has a clear view of the TV.
The master bedroom also has an HD TV equipped with satellite and DVD. The large window looks out to the inviting pool. The master bathroom is fully wheelchair accessible as it was built for a former tenant. The house also has two more elegant bedrooms that are fully furnished with new carpet and brand new beds. In addition, the house has a second bathroom and brand new LG front loading washer and dryer.

We are both natives to Arizona and love the drastic changes in climate and scenery. We both had our own homes and we decided to make one of them a vacation rental to be able to share with others. We enjoy the sunshine, and living here allows us to participate in multiple outdoor activities, i.e. hiking, biking, swimming, jogging, and golfing. This home will allow you to take advantage of the private pool and entertain guests. It is ideal for people who just want to escape the harsh winter months or use as a cozy retreat with family and friends.

I live just a few miles away from this location and but had to accommodate for my family that came into town for my graduation. This was my first time renting a house but Jennifer made it very easy and had everything set up for my parent’s arrival. Next time my family comes into town we will absolutely be in touch with Jennifer; I just hope her house is available. Great place to stay!

Six of us stayed at this wonderful property for three days. It was spacious, comfortable and full of ambiance. If you want a great outdoor retreat in the Phx area, this is the place to be. Very well stocked with any and everything you need. There are lots of movies to go with the beautiful flat screen. Wireless internet, instructions for every gadget, and condiments ready for any cooking. We never ate out or did anything except enjoy the wonderful amenities at the house. We loved the pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, fire pit and living space, complete with misters around the pergola.

This is our second time to stay in this vrbo property. We had a great time. It is a great house made even better with the addition of the hot tub. It is a great location. Easy to get anywhere. It is as nice or nicer than the photos show. We have stayed in many vrbo properties but this is the nicest by far. We had 2 couples and it was very comfortable. A great place for a vacation. The outdoor space makes you feel like you are at a resort. Hope to return again!

We stayed at the Sansons house for a short 4 day trip and had such a great time. (wished it were longer) The ammenties were very close, freeways very accessible, and there was everything you could think of needing in the house. We enjoyed the backyard as an entertainment area and used it everynight. Its truly a great place. I would recommend it to anyone and thank them for opening up their home to us.

Very well maintained property. All amenities included as noted in the listing. Great backyard suitable for entertaining or relaxing (even in the summer heat as there are plenty of umbrellas and misters!). Ample shopping and restaurants close by (try Joe's Barbecue in quaint downtown Gilbert; only 5 minutes away!). Great location - very close to Superstition Highway and access to the Greater Phoenix area. Jennifer and Kevin are very helpful and quick to answer all questions. We would definitely stay at this lovely home again and highly recommend the property to others looking for a relaxing, convenient location to stay for vacation, visiting friends/relatives, or simply enjoying the East Valley.

After 2 weeks travelling and sightseeing through Florida, California and Las Vegas we really needed a 1 week rest in our favourite town. Knowing that we have to beat the heat, we were lucky to find this awesome hideaway !!! The best part was the pool area with gasgrill, outside bar and TV and many other amenities. We had a lot of fun already in the morning, sitting there, having breakfast, listing to the news and read the newspaper, we got every morning. We loved the kitchen (open and big), especially the really big fridge - never saw a bigger one (not possible to buy in Europe). We also loved the big TV screen, but had not enough time to really benefit from it. All 3 berooms (1 was a master-bedroom) were decorated nice, we always had a perfect sleep after a day full of action. Location (Gilbert) was perfect for us, Baseline, I-10 and other usefull highways just around the corner, as well as many restaurants and shopping center. As we have been to Phoenix many times before, we only made one big trip/excursion to Grand Canyon with one overnight-stop in Sedona. During the long way back we loved to say: "Let's go HOME to OUR house" - we were really happy to be back. Overall the property was very clean and well-maintained, even outside after a sandstorm some days prior to our arrival. All photos of this property we found on this site were absolutely authentic. We appreciate Jennifer's prompt and easy handling of payment and answering questions in preparation of our stay. Of course we can recommend this property, no question. We have been to many homes in Florida, NO other house was like this one: cozy, relaxed, familiar, extremely well equipped (Internet was very fast, shower in MBroom was big and has 2 showerheads, fridge was huge, washer/dryer also huge, +++) inside and outside, very nice decoration - we felt "home" We definitely would love to return as soon as possible and we hope the owners will offer their home as long as possible in the future. We just returned home from our trip to Arizona and we can't wait to come back! This house has everything and met every need we could possibly have. Our children had their own rooms and there was plenty of space for our entire family. The outdoor space was awesome, complete with beautiful pool, lots of seating, great BBQ and plenty of shade. The misting system outside was a great feature and it allowed us to enjoy the outdoors even when the temperature was high. The gourmet "cooks" kitchen was incredible! The owner answered every question we had and provided us with great restaurant and shopping recommendations. The home location was excellent - just 20 minutes from the airport, Scottsdale and downtown Phoenix. I would highly recommend this property to families or couples looking for the perfect, well-appointed house. We will never go back to staying at a hotel. We loved this house - such privacy and great ammenities!

Our family enjoyed a great vacation in AZ in part due to renting this property. The floorplan and updates were perfect - we enjoyed the open kitchen/family area and spent more hours than imagineable in the nice pool. The misters were a perfect touch and kept things cool even in the AZ sun. Location was ideal - close enough to the Superstition in a great neighborhood with a nice play area. The kitchen was impressive! We actually had to invite family over to see the oversized, built in refridgerator/freezer - wish I had one at my home in Ohio! The outdoor deck and grilling area really made the trip memorable - perfect for cooking out and hosting our family get together - couldn't have been nicer. The house was plenty big enough for our family of 5 and the openness allowed us to host our larger family cookouts without feeling cramped. Bottom line - we'll rent again our on next AZ vacation. Thanks!

we had a fantastic time in your home .the outside area was great we sat out till around midnight 95F.we do not get that at all in the uk . pool really nice, hot tub after road trip to grand canyon, wonderful .two weeks no clouds at all will come back
