    We just came back from a fabulous week at this villa. Every single thing was as described. The pictures do not do it justice, it is so much better! The layout is perfect if your looking for privacy, with the bedrooms on either side of the living area. We are a family of four and the kids had their own space and so did my husband and I. The balcony is huge and a great place to sit, gaze at the ocean and have a cup of coffee in the morning or wine in the evening. The staff is more than accommodating. The entire time we were there I didn't have to open the lobby door or my car door, some one was always there to do it for me! The pool areas were very clean and the staff was really attentive. The beach is just beautiful! I honestly cannot say enough about this property. And I cannot forget how easy and accommodating Tiffany was to work with. Any question I had she was very quick to respond and made sure everything was all set for our stay. If you want a fabulous place to stay look no further!!!

    This place was fantastic! I love the island and the resort and the unit was beautiful. Spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Most importantly, the owner Tiffany is such a pleasure to deal with. She is extremely responsive, polite, and most accommodating. After 4 trips to the Mariott, I would highly recommend this unit to anyone. Thank you again for everything!

    We had such a nice and relaxing stay thanks to Tiffany and her beautiful condo. The space is ample, we have a toddler, and the two room separated by the living room was perfect when he went down for naps. Huge storm windows gave beautiful views but kept the noise out. Full kitchen with two Publix nearby to shop at. The kid pool was awesome, we met tons of couples with kids, and the beach was private and beautiful. Great vacation, we'll be back. Thanks Tiffany

    What A Wonderful Stay!! This was our second stay at this property and we love it! This unit was on a lower floor but had a very large balcony. Clean and well appointed it was a relaxing place to spend the week. The owner was very accommodating and was excellent at communicating promptly. She was able to take care of us on very short notice when we decided to extend our stay. THANKS SO MUCH!! See you again soon!

    We recently spent 5 nights at this property, and had a great trip. We traveled with our 2 children, boys aged 3.5 and 20 months. It was wonderful to have a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom with the kids, plenty of room for playing and also quiet naptimes. There were also lots of extras in the condo (beach chairs, beach buckets, etc...) that were especially nice to have. Renting from the owner was SO much cheaper than through Marriott, and we would definitely do it again! The owner was also very nice and easy to work with.

    Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car.

    Unit was absolutely gorgeous. Furnishings were beautiful. Perfect for a family of 5. Kids had their own bedroom (2 full beds) on other side of unit, living area/kitchen in the middle/ master BR on other side. Pocket doors for privacy. Entire unit was clean, very spacious. View was fine--big balcony, looking to right can see the ocean. Owner a delight to work with, since we were very last minute in booking this vacation. Marriott was fantastic--our kids loved the pool with the slide (they are 12, 9, and 7 yrs old). We loved the fact that the beach was accessible from the hotel through a gate, so kids were able to come and go, feeling a bit more secure. We left our 3 baseball gloves in the lobby by mistake, and the Marriott security couldn't have been more accommodating. Found and saved them for us, and would have shipped them to us as well, but we were returning in a couple of weeks--so they had them waiting for us. Head of security was terrific--wish I could remember his name?

    The 5 of us had a wonderful time staying here. The room was very clean and had every amentity you could hope for in a 5 star hotel, plus it is very spacious. The reef in front of the hotel is within walking distance during low tide for the children to explore and within swimming distance for my little girls view the underwater life during high tide. Most of all, my youngest 2 loved the pool slide. We can't wait to come back next year. Outside the hotel, there are a ton of great restaurants and other activities to keep you family busy in case you need a break from the sun.

    Wow! What an amazing place! This is the best of both worlds. Having your own place with two spacious bedrooms, and bathrooms, and all the convenience of a five star hotel. The unit was as gorgeous as the pictures, amazing views, clean, large, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff at the Marriott was so friendly and helpful. Loved that we could use the gym everyday without an additional charge. Loved the proximity of the ocean right outside our door. The owner was so easy to work with. She returned my calls right away for the few questions I had. We will definitely use again, and definitely recommend to friends.

    My family and I spent two amazing weeks at this property in August. As soon as we stepped inside the hotel, we knew that our stay would be excellent! The hotel itself is beautiful. The staff are always smiling and always willing to help you with anything. The unit is great and has everything you would need. The views from the balcony are fantastic! The fact that there was no cleaning service included did not bother us at all. It was a little disappointing that the hotel does not provide free WiFi, but maybe it is a good thing since we would rather spend time outside anyway. And you can get 10 min free at the business centre so you could easily check your emails. There were not many people throughout the week (much more came during the weekend). We could always find loungers by the pool at any time of day. And they are free by the pool, so you don't really need to rent them on the beach. The ocean was amazing. The water clear and the temperature perfect. We only dined at the hotel twice and the food was good. At other times we used to drive around as there are so many great places! There is also a Publix store a short drive away. The owner was very helpful and answered my million questions straight away. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone and I do hope that we could come back soon!

    Our first thoughts when we walked into the unit were that the pictures did not do it justice. Everything was pristinely clean and well-maintained and beautiful. The balcony is huge, almost 50' long, and the view is gorgeous, especially during sunrise. The fantastic price and the ease of dealing with the owner added to our enjoyment. We were able to have a luxurious resort vacation, with children, without being relegated to one of those over-crowded, close-quartered, buffet-serving standard hotels. The staff was extremely helpful and hard-working, from the valets to the beach attendants. We spent our time between the beach and the pools, and neither was ever crowded at any time of day. The weather was perfect all week. There are great local restaurants, and the concierge was spot-on with all of her recommendations. I'm not really a shopper, but our teenagers enjoyed the local Gardens Mall and the surrounding area. I've seen negative comments on other websites about having to pay for everything; valet parking, the beach chairs, etc. We checked out all the costs before we went and had no problem staying in budget, even with drinks and meals by the pool and everything else. It's worth it to me to pay for beach chairs and tips for the beach attendants not to have to schlep my own stuff up and down the elevator and out to the beach and to the car several times a day. If you've ever been to the beach with children, you know the massive amount of stuff involved. Here, you don't have to worry about it. We met several families who go there year after year, and I think we'll be one of them.

    Our family recently rented three condos at the Resort and this one was fantastic. It is very well maintained and is one of the very few units with a very large balcony that has views of the ocean as well as the intracostal. The unit faces north and we had another unit that faced south. I definitely think the northern view is much better. The owner is extremely nice and accommodating and helped us make the arrangements on very short notice. We stay at the Resort at least once a year and this will absolutely by my first choice when we go back next year. FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!

    Our family rented three units over the 4th of July holiday and this condo was absolutely wonderful. It is one of a very few units with an extra large balcony with views of the ocean as well as the intracostal. It is well maintained with unbelievable amenities. The owner was great to work with as well. We needed to add a third unit to our vacation on very short notice and they made everything very easy. Responded promptly and were extremely friendly and accomodating. So glad we made this contact. We stay at the resort every year and this unit will be our top choice whenever it is available.
