Comfortable house, showing some wear and tear, but good for families with children. Several days were very hot in the house without AC. Definitely used the fans..only found 3 of them. Only 1 bike was usable. Good location.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, adventure seekers.

Why the Owner Chose Glen Arbor:
We love Glen Arbor and this property is a great combination of water, woods, boating and town. It is across the street from a public boat launch and is a short walk to the sandy public beach. Walk out the back door of the house to the many hiking trails in the national park. It is a very short bicycle ride to downtown Glen Arbor with its array of restaurants, video stores, ice cream stands, grocery stores, shops, galleries and beautiful Lake Michigan. Glen Arbor also has a great little public park with Tennis courts and a great playground.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
The house is on a quiet, lightly traveled road so it is very nice for bicycling and a safe walk to the beach. The road connects to many additional paved roads in the park and surrounding area which are ideal for walking and bicycling. Climbing the sleeping bear dunes is a yearly event. Canoeing on Crystal River is another favorite activity. Big and Little Glen Lakes are clean, clear and perfect for swimming, boating, water skiing, sailing and fishing. Nearby in Empire there is a beautiful Lake Michigan beach with picnic area and playground.
