This townhome combines airy spaciousness with a cozy feel. Parties of 2-6 will feel equally comfortable. Laid out over 3 floors with over 2300 sq. ft. this wonderful townhome offers a light and atmospheric open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area which creates a very sociable heart to the house. Needs a little separation of space? The master bedroom with 5 piece bath and jetted tub stand alone a few steps to the 3rd level. The walk-out ground level offers the addition 2 bedrooms and the second living area/den which can be used as either additional sleeping space (queen sleeper sofa), or as a perfect TV or playroom for the kids. This end unit location offers you many more windows and resulting light. To help control impact to this unit, we welcome and encourage smaller groups. Six people are the maximum we now accept which offers maximum comfort and space for all!

Upon arriving we were overwhelmed with the size, cleanliness and attention to detail this unit provided us for our stay. It is in a great location for skiers and hikers. Its proximity to the hot tubs and swimming pool were ideal for our kids. The views of the mountain from the living room are spectacular! It gives you a birdseye view of the conditions you will encounter on the skiing day. The beds, linens and ammenities are over the top. We would gladly recommend this place to all our friends and family. The owner was gracious and accommodating to our long distance needs. Don't miss this rare opportunity to enjoy a wonderful "home" in Steamboat Springs Colorado. Aloha!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

Two families, three kids total from Denver stayed at this condo in late Feb. There was tons of room and the beds were oh so comfortable. The location is great - close to slopes, City Market, restaurants and movie theater. You could probably walk to the gondola in the summer. It's less than a 5 minute drive in the winter and we took advantage of the free shuttles, which were never too crowded the weekend we were there. The living room is great with a large window view of the slopes (so you can check out the conditions before you head up), comfy couches, fireplace and entertainment center. The kitchen was well equipped, much better than most rentals at which I've stayed. Our girls even made chocolate chip cookies. We could watch fireworks at the ski slopes from the warm comfort of the living room. The heated garage is a luxury especially with kids skiing. The owner is great - helpful with info on Steamboat and was really flexible when we thought we might have to change our dates. We hope to go back this summer.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

We had a ~WONDERFUL~ time in Steamboat at this rental! It is absolutely beautiful, the pictures don't show how amazing this place really is!! There is plenty of space for a large family or group. We had 5 adults and 4 kids, and it was perfect, we all felt right at home!! The location is great, and the pool and hot tubs are very close! The owner was great about communicating with me, always very kind and helpful, and answered emails and phone calls very quickly. We loved it, and will most definitely be staying there again for future trips to Steamboat, I can't imagine staying anywhere else! It truly is the nicest rental we have stayed in, ever!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Why the Owner Chose Cornerstone:
We chose Cornerstone at the Moraine because of all the open space around the units. It was like having a small park behind us. The new pool and hot tubs were even more of a draw. We chose this particular unit because it was an end unit that was light, bright, open, and has an amazing view of the ski mountain. I love this floor plan, wish I had it at home.
