Truly a couples getaway vacation condo. Our condo is located in the New Luau tower on the east side looking over the beach with a wrap around deck that can look back toward the Bayside of the resort.
This Luau is a studio condo with great views of the Emerald Coast Ocean! It has one King bed with one Queen sleeper sofa for extra guests! This property has a kitchenette complete with small refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes & utensils. All linens, including dishtowels and sofa bedding are provided for you! If you like to sleep in, this unit also has floor to ceiling black out window treatments so you can sleep without interruption! This window area can also serve another purpose, your balcony! It has a sliding glass door with patio furniture outside so you can enjoy a beautiful sunset! The Luau has the largest swimming pool in the resort with a waterfall to cuddle under, or sit in the hot tub and listen to the trickling of the waterfall behind you as you relax with the stars overhead.
This is located in a gated, exclusive family vacation spot! You get it all, white sand beaches, the bay, the lakes, the exciting Baytowne Wharf Village with its restaurants, live entertainment and activities. Also includes the very exclusive Marina at the Wharf, swimming pool, lighted walking and biking trails, shopping, ice cream parlors, etc. There is something for all ages from family movies on the green to concerts and nightlife of dancing and family fun. You can play on the beach all day, then party at the Baytowne Wharf Village all night.
