You will love this large 1780 sq. ft condo on the second floor overlooking the swimming pool. We have the only unit in the building that has 3 balconies/patios. The Master bedroom has a King size bed with a Jacuzzi bathtub in master bath. Master bedroom has a sitting area which also overlooks the pool and beach. Master bedroom also has a large walk-in closet and balcony and a new 42 ' plasma flat screen
The 2nd bedroom also has a king bed and a very large sunbathing patio leading from the bedroom. This bedroom has a nice large closet as well. The 3rd bedroom has 2 queen size beds and a very large closet.
Living room has a large queen pullout sofa and also a loveseat and two large comfy upholstered swivel chairs. TV’s in all rooms with 5.1 home theater sound system in living room area and a New 42' plasma flat screen.. This unit includes a washer/dryer and also an ironing board and iron. Kitchen is fully equipped and has a microwave and dishwasher. Kitchen also has a large bar/counter with 4 barstools. Dining area has a great view of the ocean and seats 6.
Other amenities include: Heated outdoor pool, exercise room, Wi-Fi, free parking and a gated code entry, Tiki Hut at the beach and beach chairs w/ umbrellas.

We enjoyed this condo very much. This condo is very well equipped and the view was fantastic including sunrises and sunsets from the balconies. Listing description and photos were accurate. Also well maintained and clean. The owner was very helpfull with our stay and directions to the unit. This unit is close to many restaurants and shopping. Looking for another stay next year.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.
