  I really enjoyed my weekend in this spacious apartment. It is stylish and comfortable. The large floor to ceiling windows brings in a lot of light. The kitchen is modern and has everything you need to make dinner. The hallways are luxurious and the doormen are very friendly. The owner Chris is great and very accommodating. There's a supermarket, bank, CVS, McDonalds and a diner right down stairs or across the street. The location is close to everything including a hospital 3 blocks away. If you're looking for convenience and style, this is your place!!

  We had a great stay at the Gramercy property. Chris, the owner, was on top of everything and very accommodating. The unit was exactly as pictured and stocked with everything a home could need...beautiful building, wonderful amenities, nice doormen and good location. I would not hesitate to stay again.

  This apartment is awesome! Clean, quiet and stylish. It is perfect for a City getaway. The neighborhood is very busy, but you wouldn't know it because the windows are sound proof. If you're into tempur pedic beds, the one in the bedroom is queensize and spacious. The owner Chris is great to work with. You won't be disappointed. I had a great stay.

  We truly enjoyed the apartment and locatonon 23rd. This is a fantastic neighborhood to explore; just blocks from Madison Square Park and Eataly. Very nice to have a kitchen and living area for home base. The decor was lovely, and the building has wonderful amenities: roof deck, owners lounge, and doorman. We would definitely like to stay again.

  The property was exactly as pictured and the rooftop had an amazing view and was a great place to relax after a busy day in the City. the location is great - close to the bus and subway with easy access to Times Square, Soho, and downtown. Apartment was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The sheets and towels were a little worn but not a big problem. There is a 24 hour CVS next door as well as a McDonalds and a great local diner that serves up good food at a reasonable price for New York City. There is also a grocery store across the street, but be aware that the prices are high. There are two TVs with lots of channels and a well equipped kitchen. The only thing to make it better would have been some information on use of the washing machine/dryer combo which I had never seen before and maybe some information on the nearest subway stations and good places to eat. Wireless internet is also available which is a real plus. Loved the bathroom with a shower and tub. Would give an excellent rating with better sheets and towels and amenities (soap, extra toilet paper). Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

  Great NYC rental in a great location. My wife and two teenagers really enjoyed our stay at this unit, much more preferrable than staying at a hotel. Unit was clean, as was the entire facility. Loved the owners lounge with the projection room and billiards table, along with the outside patio with two gas fireplaces. Felt like we had the place to ourselves, and the doormen/staff were very friendly and accomodating. Couch was a bit small for my larger teens, but bearable since the wife and I got the extremely comfortable Temperpedic mattress in the main bedroom. Master BR and bath were great, lots of space. Even had washer/dryer! Would definitely recommend to our friends on a visit to NYC. Location was great, $10 cab ride to most places we went, and didn't have to worry about our car/parking. Most everything you need is located on the block. Thanks!

  My wife, son and I stayed here in January, 2011. The condo is terrific! Extremely well furnished and designed, with excellent appliances, great TV's, incredible bathroom. The building is lovely and well kept and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Great location! Owners were very nice, helpful and honest. Would stay here again. Only issue is street noise coming from 23rd St. We handled it fine, but some might not. Thanks!

  The property, both the condo and the entire building was just as described-beautiful.Its close to public transportation so getting around is easy. Great roof top lounging area and view. The owners were wonderful and very helpful. I hope to stay there again and would recommend this property to all travelers.
