  Condo was beautifully appointed in every room. You couldn't ask for more. Top quality Mattress in every bedroom made for a wonderful nights sleep. The owner is very prompt in answering all your questions. The decks were being repaired so they discounted the unit which was a real plus. We would stay here again. Lovely time.

  Have stayed here twice, and loved it both times. Love the decor, comfort, convenience, kitchen accessories, and just overall it's cared for so very well...it's like new each time. Going back again this year, and next summer. Grumpy's right across the street has great, reasonably priced, home cooking, and is a family restaurant. We ate there most every morning. Rockaway in general, is a great place to stay...not so busy as other beach spots. But, close to Seaside, Lincoln City, Cannon Beach, just overall I would give this place a "10".

  We had an amazing week at this Rockaway Beach townhouse. The townhouse is beautifully furnished and very clean. The location is excellent, being only steps away from the beach. You can view the ocean from the top deck. The kids loved watching movies, flying kites and especially enjoyed using the boogie boards and wet suits. There was a little noise from Highway 101, but that never bothered us for a minute. This is the perfect place to escape the summer heat!

  Condo could not have been cuter or more comfortable. Even the sheets were top notch. My only complaint would be the traffic noise from 101. We were unable to keep windows open because it was too loud. I would recommend a ceiling fan in the bedrooms to drown out the sounds.

  Our family had a great stay at the town home - very convenient location to both beach and town. We simply walked out the front door barefoot and were in the sand at the beach in 30 seconds! Expect a little street noise from hwy 101, but this was never an issue. Great kitchen and accessories helped with many excellent meals during the week and the boogie/wave boards provided many hours of entertainment for the kids at the beach. Your XBox and movie selection gave us plenty of options for evening fun as well. Overall, an excellent stay and well worth the price! Thanks!

  Just a quick not to thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful condo. Rockaway Beach is still such a nice place.   You have a wonder home. We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything here was new and spotless. Kids had a blast at the beach, even though it was a bit chilly at this time of year. We will definitely be coming back here the next time we visit the Oregon Coast.
