My husband and I had a great time in Destin. The condo was clean, cute, and had a welcoming feeling. The owners were very helpful and accommodating. We ate at some great restaurants and enjoyed fishing on Destin Princess, bringing home over 40 lbs of snapper. The Howl at the Moon was very fun. The sun and beautiful white sand was exactly what we needed. The Gulf Stream Zoo was cool, we rode the train and fed the animals. We can't wait to return.

What a great time!!! The condo surpassed all our expectations and we had a wonderful time. We are already talking about booking for next year. If you can, take a trip to Emerald Isle. You wont be disappointed! Watching the dolphins from the balcony was very cool. The condo was ready when we got there, extra keys, parking pass for your condo, pool, and right on the beach!!!! The owners have a scrap book loaded with things to do and great places to eat with their own experiences and several places they recommend. It was very helpful. I wanted to let everyone know how me and my whole family enjoyed our time on our trip. The owners were extremely nice and made sure everything was ready for us and it was great. The property was even better than the photos let on and we would recommend to all that you stay here if you can. In fact we are already talking about booking for next year. Very easy access to the property, and great food and all kinds of activities within walking distance. The only bad thing was having to leave. GREAT place to stay!!!

We just came home from Florida yesterday and had a great time. We loved the condo, it was everything it was supposed to be. There were 7 of us and we stayed there comfortable. The property was very nice and clean. Plenty of beach toys! We watched dolphins from the balcony and enjoyed listening to the ocean at night from the balcony. We will definitely stay at this condo again. We are already planning our trip for next year!

This is our first time at Emerald Isle but won't be our last. We loved the Condo. It was so comfortable, clean and very nicely decorated. With family in Ft. Walton we had easy travel back and forth. The balcony provide nice quiet mornings listening to the waves and entertained by the dolphins. We loved that the extra bedroom had 2 queen beds instead of the usual twin like other Condos we have stayed. The Condo was exactly as expected by the presentation given on the website. Tina was great! Just a side note.....when in Ft. Walton go to Dewey Destin's in Destin, the best seafood we had anywhere. Thank you Tina and Matt Charles & Ginny Martin Greenfield, Indiana

It had been 30 years since I regularly went to the Emerald Coast, and I knew Destin was no longer the quiet pristine beach it had been when Sandestin was the only development there, so I opted for Okaloosa Island, of which I knew nothing. What a fortuitous decision! After contacting Tina, she called back right away, and provided excellent communications from reservations through arrival. The check-in and out processes were completely effortless, and very clear information about the condo and the area were provided. The condo was ideally situated, and the interior far exceeded expectations! The beds and linens were wonderful, the condo was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and well stocked with every convenience and amenity, including wi-fi. We hope to rent again soon!!

Thank you so much for a great stay at your condo. It made our vacation well worth it!! There was everything you could ever need, very clean, beautiful decorations, and lots of elbow room!! The beach is so pretty, and we saw dolphins during our stay several times! Love the book that you have on the table that tells about all the local shops, restaurants, and things to do - it was very helpful!! Very fast return of the security deposit! I will def. stay there again!! Thank you so much!!!

My family enjoyed everything about our beach vacation, The condo was perfect! It is beautifully furnished and well maintained both inside and out. The views are spectacular and the pool area was great. It is only a short drive to the public fishing pier which my husband loved. This area has something for everyone, there is lots to do or it is a perfect place just to relax. Thank you Matt and Tina for letting us use your condo - we had such a great time will be returning next May!

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

My sister and I brought our mom to this condo for her birthday and had a great time. The condo was beautiful and very spacious. It was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed having the beach so close and the pool area was always nice and ready for use. Matt and Tina were very nice and easy to work with. I would recommend this condo to all family and friends and I hope to stay there again soon.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children, romantic getaway.
