AMAZING CONSERVATION AREA VIEW:
Forest View House, as it's name suggests, directly overlooks a conservation area to the rear. The view is literally stunning. An abundance of trees stretches for miles into the distance.
SOUTHWEST FACING POOL AND PATIO AREA:
Faces south west and thus recieves the maximum amount of sunshine. I have a child safety barrier which can be erected to seal the pool area off from straying children. Luxurious pool furniture; lounger, two reclining chairs, two ottomans, table & parisol umbrella.
THREE ENSUITE BEDROOMS:
Each of the three bedrooms has an en suite bathroom. Bed linens and towels are provided. There is a portable crib for small infants.
MASTER BEDROOM NO. 1:
King size bed. Ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. Situated upstairs to rear. Overlooks the wooded conservation area. Elegant Vaughan Basset furniture, a walk in closet. Cable TV & DVD player.
MASTER BEDROOM NO. 2:
Queen size bed. Ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Situated downstairs to front. Elegant Vaughan Basset furniture, a built-in closet. Cable TV.
3rd BEDROOM:
Two twin beds. Ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. Situated upstairs to front. Walk in closet. Cable TV.
4th 'BEDROOM':
The living room sofa can be pulled out to form a double-size bed and become the 4th sleeping area.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room is tiled with quality ceramic tiles, and has elegant cherry furniture, including a large cherry entertainment cabinet containing cable TV, DVD player, some books and board games.
KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM:
A cherry dining room table complements the feel. The kitchen is a full equiped modern kitchen with all the utensils you would expect.
LAUNDRY ROOM:
The laundry room is upstairs, and contains a washing machine, dryer, and plenty of airing shelves.
