  We stayed at both units in this property for a family wedding this summer and it was a great place for us all. We range in age from 2 to 80-something and everyone was happy! The bedrooms are nice-sized and well-decorated. The feeling is cozy and welcoming, much nicer than a cookie cutter rental you'd find in a big operation. Clearly the owners love and care for this spot. Conveniences like multiple TVs, two hot tubs (one for each unit) and washer dryers make this an ideal place for couples or a family group like us. The kitchens are stocked with all the appliances/utensils etc you need for cooking at home and I'm picky about that kind of thing! The living areas are much bigger than they appear in the photos on this site and give you plenty of room to hang out. And if you need a break from the rest of your party (who? Me?) there are pleasant outdoor options where you can read or have a glass of wine and enjoy the crisp, Utah air. The location is ideal, too. It's a totally walkable distance as long as you are okay with the big hill coming back from town. Everyone except the oldest in our party was able to walk to and from Main Street with ease. We can't wait to come back to Park City and we hope to be back to this property when we return!

  This townhome is fully equiped to provide a delightful stay for a family or group of friends. I stayed here with my entire family, including grandparents, children and cousins. The space is excellent - there is a place for everyone. The bedding is comfortable with super-soft, fine sheets. The condo is close to the awesome town of Park City. Finally, the outdoor hot tubs provided the perfect place to relax after our days (and nights!) on the town. Thank you for keeping such a clean, comfortable and stylish townhome. Can't wait to return.

  We just spent President's Day weekend at this perfect condo and had a fabulous time. The condo is beautifully furnished. The hot tub with speakers is awesome after a long day on the slopes. The kids loved having a flat screen TV in every room (even though we hardly watched them)!! The bathrooms had everything we needed...hair dryer, shampoo, plenty of towels and lots of hot water with great water pressure! Also, the washer and dryer are perfect for a 2 families....they both fit so much stuff!! I now want to upgrade my own at home!!! The owner of this property is so nice....my daughter left her most prized possession, a well loved and well worn stuffed pup. The owner graciously mailed it back to us!! Also, the plow service they have is awesome. We don't know when they came, but all the snow was plowed all the time. The location of this property is so convenient. We walked to town 3 nights for dinner. We would definitely stay in this property again! Thank you to the homeowners for such a wonderful experience!!

  This unit is right in Park City, so you can truly walk to restaurants and the base of Park City resort. It's a duplex condo in a tight knit neighborhood that Park City is known for. The layout is interesting. A bedroom on every floor and a decent kitchen/living/dining area. The unit has everything you need (full kitchen, hot tub, decent TV, etc.. The owner was very cool and helpful. She picked up a pair of skis we shipped. Very accommodating and good to work with. IF its available, Unit 1 (back of this unit) has a more private hot tub and more open kitchen/dining/living layout. We saw it while it was being cleaned and it would have been worth a few extra bux for the more open layout.

  Home was comfortable and absolutely met all our needs The house was very clean and well stocked. walking distance to town and Park City Ski Lodge. Loved the heated driveway , making entrance to the garage and parking a snap. Can't wait to come back. .

  My family had one of our best vacations in this lovely Park City duplex. Our kids loved the bunk beds, we loved that they were two floors down! Everything we needed was supplied and even more...my coffee snobbery was satiated every morning with the Illy beans-thank you. The kitchen, the bathrooms and the bedrooms-the whole unit was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Have I mentioned LOCATION? Out your door is the most AMAZING single track to be had in Utah, hiking trails, downtown is a stone's throw away and Park City Ski resort is a few blocks in the other direction....perfect! We're hooked. Hope to come back for a longer stay next summer.
