  This is the third time we have returned to this lovely home in Kissimmee Florida. It is so beautiful and so very clean, and the view of the water from the pool area is great, we really enjoy staying there. It's very close to shopping and many restaurants and they are building more everytime we return. It's also so close to all the parks, and golf courses, the neighborhood is so well kept and quiet, we hope to return next year.

  The villa was everything we hoped it would be and more. The owners gave us lots of valuable information before our departure and did everything to check that our stay would be enjoyable. We had fantastic weather which always helps, and the kids used the pool almost everyday which was lovely and warm. The villa was very spacious - there were nine of us staying in it, 4 adults and 5 children and the sleeping arrangements worked perfectly. The location for all of the parks can't really be beaten yet it's on a lovely quiet secluded road. We took our laptop with us and our teenagers were able to update their facebook pages everyday at no extra cost! Everything was lovely and clean and if we were to return to florida we wouldn't look for anywhere else.

  As people who regularly organise holidays for ourselves in many parts of the world, we do a great deal of research to ensure we get the ideal accommodation and although this property had a really good location for Disney access and was very nice inside it was let down by not providing some of the key facilities advertised, these were 1. It was advertised at our time of booking as having a gas Bar B Q. Unfortunately the owners decided to remove its use without telling us. Although it may seem a small thing, having BarBQs was something we were looking forward to. 2. Neither the Spa nor the heated pool worked during our stay. Although we knew neither would heat when the temperature was below 56, which it was during the first couple of days, when the air temperature was considerably higher than 56, which it was for the last 4 days of our stay, neither the spa or the pool heating worked. 3. Although not essential to having a good holiday, we did need access to the internet whilst we were away and despite having maintenance technical people in every day trying all the things that IT people have to try when there's a problem,the,internet access never worked. All of these things were made worse by the owners not giving the correct number ( or at least the best number) for their maintenance people, the official maintenance people not being responsible for the pools andthe owners having just been out to the property so surely being aware things were not as they should be. In summary I'd say the property and location were really good but the advertised facilities which normally enhance the stay were missing and the precious holiday time wasted trying to sort them out detracted from the pleasure of our stay.

  Owner response: As Owners who regularly rent properties to guests and have done for 10 years we have never received comments of this nature nor in such a public manner. The guests had seen conflicting information on 2 websites relating to the availability of the BBQ but did not ask prior to this vacation. The Management Company advised that they could obtain one that evening, the guests agreed, they arranged delivery, but before the delivery, the guests cancelled! The phone number supplied is correct and this is the first time guests have had problems with it. The Spa & Pool heat, while it was warm, it was not hot in the spa. There were a few very cold mornings, so this of course affected the heating process of the water, which they were advised of and they said that they totally understood. The Internet, was working the day before the guests arrival however they did not advise the Management Company immediately on their arrival, but when they did, the Management Company went around almost immediately to check it out. The router was fine, so the utility company was contacted immediately. It materialised that a technician would have to come out. The next available appointment, was the day they were leaving. It was apparently a wiring problem in the wall, which has now been resolved. The comment regarding ‘wasting their precious time’ is a surprise as they never had to stay in at all during any of their ‘so-called’ problems. The guests have not been in contact with the owners regarding any of the above however prior to the vacation were in frequent contact by phone and e-mail with questions prior to their stay. It is unfortunate that the guests vacation was not as expected but the owners and management company worked relentlessly with the guests throughout the booking process and during the vacation.

  We loved this property, it was very spacious. Everyone enjoyed the pool, it was perfect after a fun day at Disney to be able to come home and relax while having a view of the lake. It was a quite neighborhood off the beaten path, but yet still close to everything. We were just a few miles away from all of the Disney parks, Sea World and lots of Restaurants and Shopping. We loved being able to leave the park and in just a few moments be home and jump in the pool. The pool's safety screen was perfect if you have small children. Everyone in our party could not believe what a wonderful home we were able to stay at. It trully made our vacation one of the best ones ever. Thank you for sharing your home with our family. If we come back to the area we would love to stay there again.

  This home is beautiful. Very close to the Disney parks, stores, and restaurants. Everything you need is provided (i.e. towels, pots/pans, etc). Private pool and lake in the back. Bedrooms are roomy. Neighborhood was quiet when we stayed. Owner was extremely helpful. If we had another large family gathering, we would definitely rent this house again.
