The "Bisbee Adobe" is located a short walk from the historic mining town of Bisbee, AZ. With an Elevation of approximately 5300', this quaint little town has some of Arizona's best year round climate.

The "Bisbee Adobe" was originally built as a rooming house for miners around 1898. The last known tenants were in 1947. The renovation of the building was painstakingly done by a local contractor who did an incredible job and was completed in Aug. 2008.

From the period antiques, reproduction stove and the private coziness the Adobe offers is a very unique experience. With the private porch nestled within the mature oak trees gives the feeling of being in a tree house. Enjoy dinner outside or have a relaxing cup of coffee in the morning. The "Bisbee Adobe" is configured as a duplex. The lower level is a long term rental and the upstairs is the short term unit which is completely furnished as described. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with a trundle bed (2 singles). The Bathroom is accessible from a common hallway.

A lovingly restored old adobe that was a true pleasure to stay in. The owners were easy and accesible. A smooth transaction. The whole space is lovely and the bathroom a treat!

This was the second time we stayed at the Bisbee Adobe. It is a wonderful little place. Everything is clean and well kept and the beds are very comfortable. We did miss the red refrigerator and the bathtub is a little too high for senior citizens. But all in all the place is wonderful. You will find the cabinets filled with nice wine glasses, dishes and pots and pans. Great, we will be back!!

Owner response: Hi Angela, Thank you for your nice comments. Sorry about the red refrigerator. It is in the shop and will be up and running next week. Thanks for visiting again and hope to see you in the future. Regards, Steve and Darlene

The Bisbee Adobe was such a great place to stay in Bisbee.. it was a nice quiet location, but not too far from the shops and restaurants. The decor is adorable! My family of 4 fit perfectly, and we were all very comfy. I'll definitely stay at the Bisbee Adobe the next time we visit. Oh! And the property owners were incredibly attentive with ANY questions we had. I'd recommend this place to anyone!

Thank you to the owners for the loving renovation of a beautiful property in Bisbee. It was perfect in every respect. Immaculate and comfortable. It boasts two bedrooms, a laundry room, and terrific kitchen. The owner was responsive to inquiries before our stay and we could not be happier. The town is arty and has fantastic food and friendly people. A wonderful stay in all respects. Thank you so much!

I very much enjoyed my stay at the Bisbee Adobe. The upper balcony is perfect for reading and watching the world go by. The walk to town is far enough to be considered exercise, but not so far as to be tiring. The dessert section of the High Dessert Market, unfortunately, was a little too close. Good stuff! Steve and Darlene take good care of their property and are quick to deal with any problems. A recommendation: get to know the people of Bisbee. They are fun, smart, and usually just a little bit different.

Lovely quaint renovated adobe! Enjoyed our weekend stay, easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. The Desert Market and Cafe is a great place for a casual breakfast, full of yummy noshs to take back and feast upon on the fabulous deck. The renovations made by Steve and Darlene are amazing! This place is charming, wish I had that kitchen! Definetely stay here and make sure to book a relaxing massage at Warm Hands Therapeutics with Nick.

We had a most enjoyable stay at this newly renovated miner's house in the town of Bisbee. All the furnishings are in keeping with its history like the claw footed bathtub, stove, and refrigerator. Everything is tastefully done which gives a welcoming and cozy feel. We particularly loved sitting on the balcony sipping a glass of wine and reading a good book. The Bisbee Adobe is an short walk downhill to town where there are some wonderful restaurants and cafes. We had a delicious dinner at Cafe Roka, and lunch at Cafe Cornucopia. Since you are about a half mile walk out of town, it was very quiet and restful. We would definitely recommend this place if you are planning a trip to Bisbee.

You guys did a wonderful job with the re-model. My wife kept saying “so adorable, so cute.” The trundle bed was perfect for our little people, plenty of room for them. They loved it. The kitchen was great, we cooked up breakfast one morning. (Any chance at extra chairs?). The place was clean. Everything worked. Location was easy. A VERY enjoyable experience. I would recommend to couples or young families. Nice job guys.

We stayed in this gorgeous home while we were in Bisbee for the Bisbee 1000 Stair Climb in October 2010. We stayed in the second floor, two bedroom apartment. The space has been recently re-done, so everything is new and in perfect condition. The renovation included adding an old fashion ice-box and stove. The bathroom has a claw foot bath-tub. Our favorite space was the balcony which stretched across the front of the home. The balcony is furnished with comfortable furniture and was our space to rest after the climb. Everything in the home was first class, from the towels (plush over-sized bath towels) to the new washer and dryer. The home was very clean. Our bed was comfortable and with the windows open we could hear the birds in the morning. Our two boys slept in the second bedroom which had a day bed and trundle. They loved the plasma screen TV and the wireless internet. The home is an easy walk downhill to Bisbee's main shopping district where you'll find lots of cute art galleries, antique shops and the infamous Bisbee Coffee Shop. I would definitely stay here again.
