We had a wonderful week here at your place on the beach. It was our first family trip to the Gulf and this is a beautiful place. We had a wonderful time here with our family. This is our first vacation with our two granddaughters -(2 yrs and 2 months) the girls had a wonderful time. Eleanor loved the beach and the ocean and little Evelyn loved to nap on the king size bed!! Your condo is beautiful and wonderfully equipped. We had everything we needed. Why the Owner Chose Indian Rocks Beach
We have a large family of 8 children. At the time of purchase the oldest was 14 and the youngest was an infant. One of our most favorite things about our unit is how close everything is. Literally steps away from the gulf. You can see the kids playing on the beach while sipping cocktails on the balcony.
The Unique Benefits at this Luxury Condominium
Some of the most popular benefits of this condo is it's size and location. The building itself is small that even when it's at full capacity, the beach is private and quiet. The sand is soft and white and the water is crystal clear. The condo is situated in what's called the "narrows" which is surrounded by both the gulf and the intercoastal.

We have lived in Florida for over 17 years. Before purchasing this unit,we scoped out beaches up and down the east and west coast of florida. When we found Indian Rocks Beach we knew we wanted to call it home away from home. The color of the water is turquoise and feels tropical. The beauty of the location is unique in that it is private enough to just "hide away" and at the same time be close to some of Florida's main attractions.

Dear Tina, Just a note to say how very much we enjoyed our stay at your lovely condo. Truly a perfect space to relax and unwind from the routine of life. Each day after returning from our outings, Lucy would say "home" as we stepped off the elevator and into the entry. We certainly did feel at home. Each of us will treasure the memories of Lucy's first time on the beach (I think we heard the word, "water," at least 100 times that week). She loved playing with bubbles on the balcony, and running back and forth between the kitchen and the living room. She slept peacefully each night in the blue bedroom with her new monkey. We took her to the zoo in Tampa and the aquarium in Clearwater. She was the star of the show one night as she danced to the live music at My Place on the Beach. As for the rest of us, Emily and I loved running on the beach in the morning. Luke got in an afternoon of golf. Jim and Luke saw a manatee in the gulf. Each couple enjoyed a "date night," Jim and I ate at Guppy's and Emily and Luke ate at the Pub. We loved playing cards on the balcony. Luke and I were victorious! IT WAS A PERFECT VACATION, MANY "PRICELESS" MOMENTS. We are definitely thinking of a return visit. Thank you for opening your home to us. Warmly, Carol

We cannot put into words the beauty and peace that surrounds you in this vacation hideaway. We chose the name Footprints Vacation Hideway because that is exactly what it is. Each day promises a new experience. Not only the beautiful white sandy beaches and turquoise water, but the magnificent sunsets and sealife which are seen from both balconies are unbelievable! Last time we were there we saw a manatee - every time we are there we see dolphins both on the gulf and the intracoastal. We truly love our home away from home and extend a warm welcome to all our guests. We try our best to make it feel like home away from home and many of our guests return year after year.
