  We had the vacation of our lives at "bReakeRs". Everything was neat and clean and all appliances worked incliding the a/c. Had a small problem with tub draining slow and maintenance was there in a flash and very helpful. Huge back yard and plenty of beach toys for the kids. The best part is the deck-watching the sun rise with a cup of coffe or the moon rise with a margarita just couldn't be any better-except we had to leave at the end of our week. Thanks for a great week at the beach fun for all!

  Great time was had by our entire family during our week at th bReakeRs. The back porch was the bomb. Not outlandish but extremely comfortable. Great parking, comfortable beds, good kitchen, good wireless Internet, great beach, very clean, adequate number of bathrooms, sleeps a very big family.

  My family planned our Christmas holiday at BReakeRs. What an accommodating home. There is plenty of room. The beach was beautiful. We all had the best times.

  This was our family's second time staying at the bReakeRs, and we enjoyed it as much as the first. Plenty of room for everyone to hang out together, or to spread out. The kitchen is open to the living area, and both are open to the porch and the gorgeous view, so everyone can interact, even while preparing meals. The parking is nicely protected off the street, and there are plenty of parking spots. Everything was in working order, and there are plenty of serving bowls, dinnerware and cookware for large gatherings. The Wifi was appreciated. Favorite activities were hanging out on the back porch to catch up with the everyone, playing ball games out on the fantastic backyard, and swimming, surfing and beachwalking right out the backdoor. Outdoor shower was nice, as well as the benches at the end of the beach walkway. We felt like the Kennedy's. Grocery stores, Charleston, and other sites and restaurants nearby. Nitpicks: Refregerator in garage was moldy, some mattresses were done; but overall, a great place to feel at home.

  I am so glad I found this property for our ladies getaway! The location is very convienent to shopping and the beach. Loved watching the sun come up sitting on the porch. Very spacious and comfortable. We absolutely had a blast. Everything was in working order. And the agent who worked with us was wonderful. Thank you for opening your home!

  This was a return trip to the "breakers" and it was as enjoyable as the first. We absolutely love the walk to the beach, the outdoor showers and the huge screened porch. There is so much room in the house and"something" for everyone to do.The house is well maintained and we couldn't have asked for anything else. We're heading back next year!!!

  Our family (all 26 of us, ranging from 6 months to 74) had a wonderful 7 day vacation at the bReakeRs on Isle of Palm in July. We found this rental home to be the perfect place for us. The listing photos accurately depict what we found and it was clean and well maintained. We especially liked the screened porch on the upper floor. There were plenty of beach toys and a great back yard to have ground activities. Although the information says it sleeps 20, we did not feel crowded at all because our family consists of small children, teenagers and young adults who enjoy sharing space. The living room area was large enough for us on a few occasions when all were together for a short activity. We enjoyed having several TV sets and could hook up our electronic games in different areas. We are tentatively planning to return to Isle of Palms in 2 years and hope that we'll be able to come back to this same house (the bReakeRs). Our only suggestion would be to have the cleaning people maybe wash the shower curtains. We found each one to be a little moldy. We did wash them right away and then they were fine. We didn't venture out much except to the grocery stores which are plentiful close by. We did go to lunch one day at a Mexican food place called On the Border. Very good and moderate prices. Overall we consider it a great place to spend a week in the summer.

  The home was big enough but not enough restrooms for this many bedrooms. the bathrooms/bedrooms were not very clean, it was not vacuumed/dusted and bathroom showers were not cleaned properly everything was very dusty. the view and layout of the house were great though. Another downer of the home was the 3rd floor thermostat was in one of the bedrooms not accessible by all tenants on the third floor.

  Never, ever have we had so much fun together as a family. This place is big enough that no one gets on other peoples' nerves. My parents seemed happier than usual. I'm already begging granddad to let us come here again next summer.

  Found this rental online and took a chance on it. The house was wonderful and had an enormous backyard which we played vollyball and frisbee in. Short walk to the beach via the private boardwalk and the evenings spent on the screened porch listning to the ocean were priceless. Highly recomend to large familys or several families as I will remember this vacation forever. Thanks again!!
