Waterfront rental available on Lake Placid, (just below Lake McQueeney), near New Braunfels and McQueeney Texas. All brick home, 1 bed room, 1 bath, 833 square feet. House is located minutes from New Braunfels, Gruene, San Marcos and outlet mall. San Antonio, (30 miles), and Austin, (55 miles). Modern kitchen including all utensils, top of the line stainless steel appliances, (dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, range and oven). Central A/C and heat, satellite TV, surround sound system for house, porch and boat house. Filtered water and ice, drinking water dispenser, quiet cul-de-sac street, beautiful large shaded yard.
$500.00 deposit 1/2 of deposit required to hold reservation. Balance due two weeks prior to stay.
$100.00 cleaning fee or clean yourself and we'll refund your cleaning fee.
Minimum age requirement for rental: 24 years old.

For anyone that wants a quite and beautiful retreat, you have just found it! The owner's are very friendly and accommodating. The home is beautifully decorated and provides the visitor with all the amenties needed (every bath items you could possibily need to private soaps, lotions to bandaids. The kitchen is fully stocked....if you forgot you food or spices, you could eat for several days without getting hungery. I would definite rate this vacation retreat as a 5 Star location. We just stayed at the lake house this past June 2012 for 8 days. The owner is very nice and our stay was wonderful. It was close to everything and provided us with a relaxing place to kick up our heels and play in the lake. Whether you have a boat or not, you can enjoy the lake. The place has everything you need from a full kitchen, grill, hammock, water front play, and its nestled right between a handful of major cities.
