SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: The main level, where the large kitchen, dining and living room is, also has a master suite with a king size bed. The second level has two master suites with king sized beds and two other bedrooms, one with two double beds and another with one double bed. Tha Patio Level, great for the younger folk, has one bedroom with 4 twin beds, another with two twin beds, and a large living room with two couches that fold out into double beds. This room also has its own TV and DVD palyer.
This three-story, 5000 square foot mansion overlooks several golf fairways and greens and the Atlantic Ocean beyond. Large gathering areas for group activities as well as plenty of privacy. Two refrigerator/freezers and two cooking ovens.
Two championship golf courses, three and a half miles of beach, five pools, eight tennis courts (clay and hard surface), a marina, three restaurants, pizza and ice cream shop, golf cart, jet ski, bike and moped rentals, children's daily programs, provides plenty of choices for all age groups.

Why the Owner Chose Ocean Point
As part of my investment interests a friend introduced me to the phenomenal life of Fripp Island in 1998. I bought my first home there and actually lived on Fripp for 6 years before moving to other investments in Florida. I own this rental with my son, a friend and his dad. We love making our place available to families, wedding and other groups to enjoy and for fun. My friend's daughter was married at "Tara".
The Unique Benefits at this House (Colonial Mansion)
Our house is ideally set up for family and group gatherings. It has the taste of the old colonial South but with all the updates, right on the Ocean Golf Course and the Atlantic Ocean just beyond 3 minutes away.
From this par 5 you can see down this ponded hole and across the 11th green and number 9 fairway to the ocean.
Great breakfast, lunch and dinners in season here at the grill with the pool next door RIGHT ON THE OCEAN. Also the location of the OPGC Pro Shop.
The most popular place on the island for all day enjoyment on the beach. All the food, relaxation and bathroom facitlites you'll need for the whole family.
Here you can rent bikes, golf carts and kayaks. Or charter a fishing boat and buy bait. Or have dinner at one of the best seafood restaurants in the county,"The Boathouse".

I've spent most of my adult life in Michigan raising three kids and in the insurance business. During those years, I was involved in a good many non-profit organizations including being President of a School Board. Those adventures were much more rewarding than the business work. My grown children have made good lives for themselves and as I say to all my friends, I look forward to making the second half of my life all the more interesting. I'm 63, going on 40.
