We absolutely loved this property. Our first time renting in Del Mar, this place is a gem. Great view from the street, just steps from the beach. Backyard sitting area great for breakfast and other meals. All supplies you could ever need right in the home. A garage for parking. Wonderful stay. Highly recommend.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children.

About a block from beach. House done very tastefully and had all the amenities and more I had hoped for. Comfortably slept 6. Great new appliances in kitchen. Loved that it was pretty stocked with seasonings, oil, flour and sugar as well as cleaning supplies, trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels! So glad I didn't have to buy that stuff on vacay! Very nice plush towels and bedding and even beach towels and beach chairs included. Fast service on small maintenance problems. We ended up walking to many restaurants for dinner as weather was good and parking a pain in Del Mar. Only wish? A couple of boogie boards for my kids to use! Thanks Agnes for a wonderful week in Del Mar! Oh and no cleaning fees was nice for a change...Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing.

House is a very nice size, three-story layout with the master and office on the third floor. The garage is fantastic for bikes, etc. The owners were quick to respond to any questions - and I had many. You can easily walk to powerhouse beach/seagrove park or directly across the street to the beach. Sitting on the deck on the weekends watching the bike riders fly by was super neat. We'll be renting this location again (and again!).Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
